Happy HollyDay is a magnificent home with seven bedrooms and eight and a half baths accommodating up to fourteen. Exquisite details, luxurious materials, and high-end furnishings are just the beginning in this stunning retreat built for relaxation. An expansive entertainment room overlooking a patio and private pool set the stage on the first floor. Two guest suites with en suite bathrooms, a guest suite with two full-sized beds, and a washer and dryer are added ground floor conveniences. The second floor showcases the master suite and a sprawling open-concept living/dining space. Lounge around after a dip in the pool, then prep snacks in the expansive kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and technology. The third floor is just as accommodating with an additional master suite, a lovely bunk room, and an expansive entertainment room with gorgeous views. The panoramic deck on the fourth floor is the ideal spot to unwind every evening. Whip up delicious libations at the outdoor bar and catch the sunset over 30A!

Although you'll have everything you need with two outdoor kitchens, a pool, and an artificial turf game area outside, be sure to venture out. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment nearby. Hop on bikes and head to the beach, do some shopping at Seaside, then finish with some dinner at Bud and Alley’s, Cafe Thirty-A, or the Perfect Pig!

Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
