Stains on mattress covers, faulty wiring. Requested refund due to these problems, host non-compliant. Would not recommend staying here or anywhere from the host.

There is not faulty wiring. There is a stain on a mattress protector. The mattress protector is clean. That’s the job of the mattress protector. To protect the mattress from stains. I understand that if there is a big stain on a sheet or a comforter that has a bad look, but a stain on a cleaned mattress protector is a non issue. I should note that VRBO agreed with us and didn’t feel your complaints were worthy of a refund. Our cleaning company is very reputable in the area and has been cleaning VRBOs for many years and hold a very high rating when it comes to cleanliness as do all of our homes that we offer.

Overall Great rental and no issues of any kind! Host was very communicative! We had 4 men staying for work - no issues with bedrooms, showers, air conditioning, grill... I would go back!

Family trip

Slept 8 very comfortably, the house was clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for a whole week. 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis made getting to attractions very easy. Fenced yard and screened porch were an added bonus!

Cute and comfy

Such a cute and comfy home. We came for a college graduation. Eight family members stayed here comfortably. Great open kitchen that we could all be in at the same time. Good parking on driveway and street. I would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

A group of us came in for a three-day conference. This property was perfect for the five of us. The owners explained everything well and we had everything we needed. The downstairs area is a great space. We are already planning to book this home next year!

Cute home with all amenities needed

The home was comfortable and inviting. Enjoyed our stay! Be careful with the driveway as it is steep. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed. Well stocked. Would stay again!

The house was nice and clean and well stocked It is conveniently close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The host is super responsive as well.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We had two boys 2 years old and there was plenty of room for them to play. The house was only a 15 minute drive to the airport which made it very easy to pick up family coming in for a wedding.

The property was very dirty. There were ants on the counter, running wild in the driveway. Weeds were growing up in the driveway also. The rooms were so small and especially the room with the twin beds. The door couldn’t even open fully because it was that small. The coffee maker was broken. The overall unhealthy property was the reason we left early and hope nobody has to experience how dirty and unkempt the house was. I have pictures sent them to the host and got only excuse that it was clean the day before. If it was, the job was done so very poorly. The odor in the house was of dogs or cats. Not the clean smell you expect after just being cleaned. The bathrooms were so small. The main bathroom upstairs was nearly in the toilet. Downstairs if you were not a small person, you could not turn around in the shower itself. The screened in porch was in disarray, charcoal, etc. kind of strun around. A large orange extension cord was across the room for the fan that was on that porch. Two grills both were dirty and the propane tank was empty. Overall, if I could get less than a one star, I certainly would do that. Beware.

Central location and updated nice interior with nice screened in porch!

We rented this home for Easter vacation with the family, and it was a perfect place to host! The screened in porch made it absolutely fabulous and the big backyard that was fenced in and plenty of places for kids to play. It is in a very central location, less than a mile from everything you will need, and it is quiet And well maintained. All modernized updated interior and fully equipped.

Fantastic Home and Great Location!!

The home was awesome! Loved having the downstairs oasis for my husband and I while the rest of the crew was upstairs. Met the owner face to face and he was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay for business or vacation.
