Gulf Village #7 NEWLY RENOVATED cottage with NEW OWNERS

NEW EVERYTHING! Welcome to our precious WEST BEACH cottage which is ready to rent after an extensive interior renovation. Perfectly located 1.5 miles from The Hangout with upscale finishes, coastal casual decor, and a pool outside your door this cozy cottage is the ideal place to stay for your Gulf Shores vacation. We have the best of BOTH worlds! We're located across the street from the beach with easy beach access through the other side of our complex. We also have Little Lagoon access which is just steps aways from our front door. To top it off we have EASY parking located underneath the cottage!

These cozy cottages are just so different than a high rise condo. It's peaceful and quiet with mostly owners on our side of the street. They were designed with a family, couple, or 2 or 3 friends in mind. If you are looking for party central then this is not the place for you.

Our cottage is 700 square feet, and it sleeps up to 6 since some families are bigger than 4. We have seating for 4 at tables and in the family room. Can 6 people fit? Yes, but I don't recommend it in such a small space. The master bedroom has a pillow top Queen mattress, and the guest bedroom has a pillow top Full/Double mattress. There is a pull out couch in the family room. There are TVs in each room.

Love to cook? We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless appliances including a double oven. We have all of the small appliances you may need with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crock pot along with all new cookware, tableware, glassware , cutlery, and utensils. There is a Weber charcoal grill underneath the cottage. We have dining tables inside and on the large front deck. We love spending our mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck watching the sun rise or set.

There is a stackable washer & dryer inside, and an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. Please do not dump charcoal in the yard. Instead, let it cool and dispose of it accordingly, in the exterior trash cans by the fence.

The entire property at Gulf Village is still recovering from Hurricane Sally. Our rates have been reduced for any inconvenience you may experience. There will be construction/workers in various areas over the next few months. Thankfully, the majority of the exterior work on our cottage has already been completed. We have property on both sides of the street, and the large majority of work will be on the beach side not our side. Additionally, there will be several large construction dumpsters on site, and these are for the Contractors ONLY. Please dispose of Household Garbage in the waste containers close to our cottage.

This property is self check-in. We have a few rules which allow for all people on the property to have an enjoyable beach vacation. Per HOA regulations: NO PARTIES, NO PETS (only owners are allowed) AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE OR ON THE BALCONY OF THE HOUSE. NO SMOKING includes e-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. There is a motion camera on the stairs and in the carport for your safety and ours. VIOLATORS of any rule will be immediately evicted without a refund. A $500 additional cleaning fee (per rule-smoking/pets) will be charged to the credit card on file and a damage report will be reported to insurance. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this cottage. You will be sent a rental agreement to sign and return before check-in. We require a copy of your driver's license and the HOA requires the make, model, and license tag number of all vehicles parking on the property.
