Wake up to gorgeous water views!! Bring your boat or jetskis, public boat launch is a mere 3.2 miles away and the driveway can accommodate a trailer and several vehicles. Also have the option to rent a pontoon to enjoy during your stay including delivery and pickup. Multi-day or weekly.

Excite your days paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and sunbathing.
Unwind viewing amazing sunsets from the deck, covered outdoor bar area, firepit, dock or even the hot tub!

You have the convenience of an outdoor ice machine, small fridge, and a smoker by the outdoor bar.

There’s even a small beach area for anyone who loves their toes in the sand!
Inside - the bottom level acts as small apartment with microwave and Keurig. It has its own lakefront exit. There’s a queen bed along with 2 twin futons, 2 big screen tvs and a full bath with shower.

Main floor hosts the master bedroom with CAL King bed and gorgeous lake views. Master bath has subway tiled shower.
Enjoy your morning coffee gazing out the large windows of the main floor kitchen/dining area, or step outside and enjoy from the table on the extended deck.

3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, both with water views. They each have a queen bed. Their shared full bath in the hallway has been said to have the best lake view in the house!

The beautiful drive across the waterway to the small island of homes, the quiet, quaint, location of the house and the clear nights where the stars and moonlight dance on the water are just some of the reasons this house is the perfect place to spend your vacation.

Lake Weekend

This property was perfect for a group of 8 for a birthday weekend! The view is spectacular right on the lake. We didn't leave the house all weekend as we had everything we needed including an outdoor bar/tv set up and a pellet grill. The hosts were very kind and responded within minutes when I had a quick question about docking our boat that we brought for the weekend. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, fun getaway!

Review of Lake Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of beautiful family memories were made. Your house was perfect for us. Very lovely decorated and comfortable. Graduation Weekend

We chose this lovely house for my daughter’s graduation weekend, and it was the perfect setting to celebrate her high honors from high school. We're from Columbia, just 35 minutes away, so I knew the area a bit, but the beauty of the lake and the charm of the house exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful touches throughout made all the difference, and the home provided just the right space for a cozy dinner with friends and family to celebrate her achievements. The only small downside was a grumpy neighbor across the street, so I'd recommend steering clear of him. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The house is stunning, and the family who owns it is just as lovely. Their photos, including an adorable baby on a digital picture frame, brought a smile to my face each morning. They even left a cute little book for guests to share their experiences and a welcoming note for our arrival, which was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend this house—10 out of 10!

Wonderful Escape on the Lake

We chose this lakehouse because of the positive ratings, large hot tub, and beautiful setting on Lake Murray. We have been so happy here! What a wonderful way to spend spring break away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the hot tub. We rented a pontoon boat. We fished until we ran out of time to fish more. The pictures simply don’t do it all justice. We will definitely book again, and we consider ourselves lucky and blessed for the time we got to spend here as a family!

Family Thanksgiving

Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and very comfortable , the pictures do not do it justice. Frank is the most attentive host and wants you to have the best time. Thank you for sharing your home with us. This is our first family vacation since we lost Dad in 2021( we went to Daytona for over 20 years) Everyone has a great time.

Great lake get away

This house comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. The downstairs level has 2 oversized futon chairs that were perfect for our 2 boys to sleep on. Everything we needed was provided and included a lot of little touches that were nice like makeup wipes in the bathroom, coffee pods and creamer, jewelry holders on nightstand, etc. My family enjoyed the paddle boards. The sandy beach area was perfect for letting the kids dig in the sand and play in the water, and the lake was calm and amazing to swim in. You honestly don't need to leave the house, but if you want to explore, Columbia is only a 25-30 min ride away for the zoo, children's museum, shopping, etc. There isn't a place to hang clothes inside the house but there is an iron in case that is an issue for you. We would 10/10 recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing lake vacation.

A Gem

Our family stayed 4 nights at this beautiful home while we were in South Carolina for our daughters graduation. We had plenty of room to entertain and relax. The hot tub was great. Everything was clean and neat and cozy. Quiet street with a great view. You will have a great time here.

Thanksgiving holiday

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!!

We had my wife's 40th birthday party over a long weekend and this house could not have been more perfect! The house had everything we needed and it was great for four adult couples! The owners were accessible, extremely easy to work with, and very accommodating! The outside bar area and hot tub were amazing! The location on the lake was great as it was only a 10 minute boat ride to Bomb Island to watch the purple martins and 20 minutes to Lighthouse Marina! We will definitely stay again!

Such an amazing rental! We are already talking about going back for a longer stay. The house is beautifully laid out and decorated. Our whole group mentioned how comfortable the beds were and how well equipped the house was. The owners have thought of everything and have provided a remarkable rental.

Family gathering

This is an amazing home! The homeowners thought of all the little things from travel size toiletries to coffee creamer. The home and property are well maintained and have loads of fun things to use. We enjoyed the paddleboards, kayaks and floats. With 3 levels of living areas everyone has their own space. The outside bar area with a TV and firepit was the perfect spot to watch the first Saturday night of college football. This is your next lake vacay spot!

Family reunion

We were looking a place on the lake that would appeal to everyone in my family. Our group included three generations (ages 28-91). This property was just what we were looking for. Great spaces for us to hang out and just be together. The outdoor space was awesome. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated. Definitely would rent again.

Family Trip

My fiance and I brought our parents, aunts, and uncle (all over 70) on their first trip in five years. The rental is absolutely beautiful and totally accurate of what is represented on vrbo. The listing does this rental the justice that it deserves. We did not want or need anything beyond what was provided. Karen is a top notch host. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to return.
