* AS ALWAYS this house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between renters.

No luxury is spared. This home has a gourmet kitchen with a Wolf Range, Espresso machine and 4 Slot toaster. In the bedrooms there are PureLatex Bliss and Tempurpedic mattresses. Flat screen TV's in EVERY bedroom.
In the master bedroom an incredible lake view from your bed and a 6 jet Jacuzzi tub await.
Contact owner for special pricing offers. House comes with late model 4 door Toyota Corolla and/or pontoon boat for additional daily rates. Fresh seafood delivery is available on Fridays and Saturdays direct from the beach.

perfect lakeside getaway

Great Stay!

We booked for a weekend stay in early January for a reunion of a group of high school and college buddies. The house was perfect for our group of 12.The host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions I had.Highly recommend!

Spacious escape

We had a group of 6 couples come together for a long weekend and had plenty of space to spread out. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, the lake views are even better in person.

Wonderful home.

Wonderful Lake Murray home.

This house was great for our annual family vacation. We had never been to lake Murray but heard good things. Drew was very helpful and told us the fun things near by. We rented the pontoon boat from him which was fun and convenient. The house is exactly as advertised and would highly recommend staying here to enjoy this beautiful lake.

Awesome vacation!

This is truly a what you see is what you get property. Gorgeous view, very stocked and capable kitchen, plenty of sleeping space. Drew was incredibly easy to talk to. I highly suggest adding the pontoon as part of the rental- the marina is literally right around the corner.- 11 out of 10 stars

Beautiful home and great location

Drew was absolutely wonderful to deal with and the house was great. It was right on the lake and had a nice dock which we were able to dock our speedboat as well as a pontoon boat. The house was large with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It also had multiple places to gather both inside and outside.

Excellent place for vacation.

Very pleased with Drew and his place. All amenities are practical. Plenty of room. Great view. Highly recommend renting pontoon with him. Private road and secluded and quiet. Close to Chapin and all the amenities there. There is a 24-7 gym. Publix etc. downtown is very quaint. Very highly recommend the place. Our family loved it. Enjoy.

A fabulous home! Great host! Well stocked kitchen

I truly lucked out with this home. We had a family wedding in Columbia and I needed a home that could sleep all of us. This was the place. The view from the back deck to the lake was spectacular. The house was clean....kitchen well stocked with anything you could think of. The host was easily reached by phone to answer any questions. My kids are trying to find another date when we can meet up there again. I would give this home the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed!

This was one of the best friendcations you could have the view was beautiful from the screened porch! There was plenty of space for guests and the kitchen was fully stocked!

Groomsmen weekend

My son is getting married and wanted to have a weekend together with his groomsmen. We rented this house, and it could not have been more perfect for us. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen and living area was large and open, and Drew was a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Lake Murray Get A Way

Drew‘s home was the perfect place to host our family get together. The lake view is absolutely stunning. His home is extremely spacious and cozy at the same time. Excellent kitchen which had everything we needed and then some, each bedroom was comfortable and clean and the back porch offered amazing sunrise and sunset views. Drew was an excellent host and we will definitely be returning again!

Old friends reunion

The area is very pretty! The views of the lake were so relaxing …our manager Drew was very accomodating! He wanted us to have a wonderful experience, which we did ! One suggestion: bedrooms should be described better …. There were seven of us friends who were age 65- 76..a few knee replacements, etc…. The two converted rooms were a little inconvenient and difficult.. thank you, Drew , for all of your help and for all the open communication! We appreciated it!

The owner is an Indiana Hoosier who has lived in the Carolina's for 30 years now. When the home isn't being rented it is filled with sounds of our 4 kids (and most days, their friends too). It's a great place to spend a week or a childhood. Our kids swim off the dock, go tubing on the lake, fishing, and camping on the empty lots beside our home.

So much SOLITUDE. It's at the END of an 8 mile long dead end road! That means little to no traffic, no road noise and lots of darkness. STARS like you can't imagine, owls calling in the night and moonlight on the water....BUT it's only MINUTES from a huge mall, restaurant row, groceries, doctors, parks and two multi-screen movie theatres.

The custom kitchen features Amish cabinets hand made in the Amish community of Arthur, Illinois by Amish craftsmen to replicate the kitchen in the movie, 'Something's Gotta Give'. The solitude in the evenings feels like you are miles from everything. Comfort, luxury, solitude and the lake.
