Just what the doctor ordered

We hadn’t decided on a vacation this year until last minute. My family has long enjoyed the Vineyard and after a stressful work year we thought it would be the perfect place to stay. We found this house and so happy that we did. It’s located in a perfect area if what you’re looking for is peace quiet beautiful walks to the beach And reading our host was fantastic and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Looking forward to renting this property again.

Perfect Vineyard Vaca Base Camp!

Paul and Sandra were amazing hosts!! The Vineyard House we stayed at was about 1400 Sq feet but felt twice as large with the high ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. The layout was perfect for a family of four upstairs plus 1-2 additional guests (third bedroom downstairs). The outdoor shower and multiple outdoor decks were two of the best features of the house. Wifi very fast. Location was perfect to bike to Edgartown or bike to Katama/South Beach. It is also very close to Katama Air Field which our kids loved (Including Katama Kitchen Restaurant). Property is part of several Paul and Sandra own nearby but felt very private. Can also be rented with adjacent properties for larger groups. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Great Fall Getaway

My husband and I decided to go to the Vineyard for our tenth wedding anniversary. We are so glad we chose this property. First off this house was spotless when we arrived. It was in the perfect location. A quick drive to all the restaurants in Edgartown center as well as to the South Beach. I also absolutely loved the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome! Already to Come Back in 2013

Stayed at the Vineyard House from July 8-July 15, 2012. It was everything that we were looking for and then some. The layout is open and airy. The master bedroom offers a fantastic view of the night sky! You have all of the amenities that you will need while staying in MV to include: front loading washer and dryer, WiFi access and cable television (provided on a 42 inch true flat screen). The property was clean, maintained and had tasteful decor. The owners (Sandra and Paul Bonetti) were most helpful from the booking to the arrive to the departure. They are local and are able to assist you directly and immediately if required during your stay at their properties. They can also let you know some of the better places to eat while on the island (I already have a list for next year) I have already recommended the Martha's Vineyard Family Vacation Homes to many of my friends, co-workers and acquaintances. *The most notable attraction, which is why my family booked this home was to be near South Beach (Katama), which is one of the best beaches on MV. In addition, we wanted to be close to downtown Edgartown, which again is a close drive, or bike ride. We will be bringing our bikes next year for sure its just that close! *Giving in 4.5 Stars!!!!!
