Bright, air-conditioned contemporary home with cathedral ceilings that is ideal for families and their vineyard getaways. This is the perfect house for entertaining as it has a brand-new fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the rest of the living space. A sunny wrap-around back deck overlooks a quiet and secluded backyard, including a screened-in porch.

The house includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and TV, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and a loft with two twin beds.

We have everything you need to get your vineyard holiday started. We have amenities such as

Pleasant Stay

Debi was an engaged and communicative host providing plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Debi’s place has a great layout and was extremely comfortable for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Even better than description!

My husband and two kids (14 & 16 yrs) stayed along with my sister and her 17 yr old daughter. The home had everything we could have hoped for and more: comfortable beds, great cookware and utensils, all appliances are of high quality and worked as they should, excellent grill, a/c worked well, and the beach chairs and bikes were new and plenty of them. The house was very clean - kudos to the cleaning crew. The Wi-Fi worked well, which made my kids very happy! We had a couple over for dinner one night and the table looked beautiful - there were so many lovely serving pieces available. My parents used to own a home at Katama and my sister and I have been coming for our entire lives. Debi’s home made for a welcome return to the island.

BEST HOLIDAY IN YEARS

We had the best week. We were visiting our daughter who is working on the island for 6 months. Rarely have we stayed in such a well equipped and maintained house with such a lovely and attentive host AKA Debi. We had such lovely weather which I believe she arranged for us too (!) and enjoyed virtually everything that MV has to offer. Lamberts Cove proved to be our favourite beach and The Covington our favourite restaurant. The beautifully serviced bikes went everywhere and it was a joy to have them there and not go through the hassle of renting them. We would love to stay again - just need to work out when. Every aspect was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Debi - you are a Superhost for sure!

Comfortable Home in Katama

This is a very comfortable home in Katama section Edgartown. If you are new to renting in Martha’s Vineyard this location is close to South Beach and is away from the traffic near Edgartown. You can rent a kayak, and have it delivered to Great Edgartown Pond which is close to the home. The beds are comfortable, and the sofas are as well. The home has bikes and beach chairs and a great deck with gas grill. There two bedrooms downstairs and a primary upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs and downstairs there is a larger walk-in shower. We had a relaxing vacation in this quiet location.

Marvelous MV getaway

17 days of a truly wonderful visit. Weather was great, house was just as expected and Deb is an awesome host. From the booking process to the information and amenities provided Deb was great to work with! We had an issue with the coffe maker and she had it replaced within 5 minutes of the store opening as just ne example. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch every night for dinner to wind down and catch the great cross breeze. Loved the yard games with the nice private backyard and patio. Bikes, chairs and grills were all in great shape. Excellent water pressure for showers. Never used the AC or TVs but they are their as well. Also expect visits from the local turkey’s who swngg by on a regular basis. Location is great and easy access to beach, Katama airfield restaurant, edgartown, and farm market. Plenty of room for 6

Great experience in well-appointed house

This house had everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Beds and sofa are comfortable. The screened porch was a wonderful place to dine. The kitchen had everything we could need including sharp knives, big pots, dish towels, plastic bags, and dishwasher detergent. The grill was brand new. We appreciated the supply of toilet paper and paper towels. The shed was well supplied with with bikes and beach chairs, and we much appreciated not having to pack our own. I enjoyed having my coffee on the deck and gazing at the flowers in the yard. Our teens appreciated the power strip and TV setup.

Perfect vineyard stay

I’ve been coming to the vineyard for 20+ years. This is the perfect property - great location, incredibly well equipped (don’t take up packing space with beach supplies or bikes!) and the owner is very responsive and helpful. Definite find and next time need a place we will definitely be contacting Debi.

Lovely Edgartown Home

Our family truly enjoyed this spacious beautiful home. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, even items for our 16 month old grandson. It is very generous of Debi to offer renters the use of her bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! We hope to vacation in Debi’s home again. Miriam and Gary

Comfortable house in a great location

My family stayed in Debi's house for a week in July. It's in a great location that's close to South Beach and Edgartown. The house is spacious and well-equipped and a couple of the bedrooms have AC if you're the type that needs it. There are four bikes available for use, which saved us the hassle of bringing ours from home. I wish all rentals had them included! The only negatives were the dishwasher wasn't working properly and the kitchen light switches are hidden behind a piece of furniture. I definitely recommend this house!
