We would have liked to have spent another day or two there, I added a slew of new birds from acorn woodpeckers to California scrub-jay, plants far different from Illinois, lizards and a bold California ground squirrel. And Morro Bay is just cool on the oceanfront.

Cute rustic bungalow with amazing views from the porch! So much wildlife to see. La Rhonda and Guy were perfect hosts and we loved the ranch dogs coming to visit when we were on the porch.

Gorgeous views from bunkhouse!Terrific owners and a fabulous group of loveable dogs.Interior design of cabin is a whimsical, colorful mix of treasures deliberately curated by Host!Morning coffee listening to birds and viewing Hollister peak a must!

This was the most wonderful relaxing retreat for our anniversary. We will definitely be back. The home is well kept, lots of amenities and the location is great—private, secluded, and only a short drive to the beach.

This is a beautiful, secluded, and quiet location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, eating breakfast and dinner, and watching the wildlife (bunnies, ground squirrels, hummingbirds) and the hosts' dogs. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking needs. Even a lemon/lime press, muffin pans, and cookbooks! The "country" theme throughout is cute! The hosts are very welcoming! We will definitely return to the ranch next time we come to visit family in the area. Side notes - The bunkhouse has steps inside and out, so it is probably not a good option for someone with mobility concerns. The hot water can get scalding hot, so just a heads up to watch it if bathing little ones.

This property is beautiful, quiet and incredibly peaceful. Tranquility best describes it. The hosts are very warm and welcoming as are their numerous pups who are also very friendly. Wouldn’t change a thing.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter for parents weekend. The cabin is on a beautiful piece of property and was super comfortable, well maintained and equipped with a lot of attention to detail. It is a little bit outside of town which was nice, especially during Halloween weekend!

It’s a bit off the beaten path but we were given clear instructions on his to get there and the place was very nice. We only stayed one night and really just slept there but enjoyed it.

This little gem is so comfy and private. The host was warm and available for an need but what could I have wanted? The place was lovingly set up with every amenity anyone could want. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch and looking at Hollister Peak. The ranch met all our needs and was close to SLO, Los Osos, Morro Bay and Paso. We had a great time!
