*BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED* Paradise awaits! No reason to worry about hauling your beach gear up the stairs, this ground level condo is a 30 sec walk to the white sand and breathtaking sunsets. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip to the Gulf of Mexico. Spend your days at the Islands Sands pool or taking a short walk to the government reservation with miles of secluded open beach. Enjoy the complimentary beach service (Mar 1- Oct 31).

The unit features 1 bd (king size), 1.5 ba, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, 2 sleeper sofas (full size) and your own private charcoal grill on the patio. Luxury linens and bath towels are provided.You are within minutes of amazing restaurants, putt-putt and The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. If nightlife is more your style, you’re in luck. Destin is only a short 7-mile drive. Flying? Not a problem! We are a short 20-25 minute drive from Fort Walton Airport (VPS). Between the 30 second walk to the sand and our dedication to personal touches, you will never want to leave!
Traveling with a larger group? We manage several units in Island Sands and would love to accommodate all of you!

Beach vacation

I really enjoyed this property! It was a fantastic location and had everything we could have needed. It was closer to the beach access than I originally thought, the bridge over the dunes is very close to the patio for the condo and the pool is just across the parking lot from your front door. Having a beach setup available each day was a very nice addition and allowed us to lessen the amount of items that we had to bring. I truly have no negatives about this property and will absolutely stay again!

Relaxing in paradise

My eldest daughter and I come every year to Fort Walton and my husband and I have stayed in these condos before! We love this place, because two steps and you are touching sand! This condo is perfect and comfortable. The pool is also wonderful!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Mother Daughter getaway!

We LOVE the Island Sands! Talk about opening your door and you are two steps away from the sand! Ocean views, chair service, comfy bed and furniture..what more can you ask for!! Another fantastic Vacation on the books!!

My favorite place to be

Very clean and decorated nice. The bed was very comfortable. We love being able to step out the back door and be at the beach. The chair service is a wonderful addition and is a must.

Great Condo

This is a great condo and location. You can’t see the ocean due to the sand dune, but you can hear it. The ocean is literally a minute walk away, and being on the ground floor makes it really easy to come and go to the beach all day. A family of five (3 small children 7 and under) it’s almost at the max limit, but there’s two pull out beds. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, utensils and dishes. You will get lots of sand in there, so make sure you vacuum at least twice a day to keep up with it. We will likely rent this condo next time we come to Fort Walton.

Paradise

This is a beautiful condo in an amazing location. Right outside our back patio is the bridge that leads to the beach! We watched many sunrises and sunsets right from our patio. Lots of marine life and a blue heron that hung out by our patio. Our weather was amazing. Small drive to Destin. We will be coming back to stay at Island Sands again!

Wonderful Place

Our vacation was wonderful. We were greeted with a welcome note and gifts of a LED flashlight and insulated cup. The condo was bright, totally clean and cheerful. I always travel with a "go box" full of things I usually need but never provided. The boxed stayed closed! Everything we needed was there and much more. We especially enjoyed the non-skid mat in shower, multiple plug ins and surge protector so we could plug in all devices, drain grates in kitchen sinks, additional wall mirrors in bathrooms and wonderful easy to use TVs. We are already planning another vacation for here and fully recommend it to all!

Sunsets galore

Very impressed....wished we could have seen water from unit. The short walk to beach was wonderful. The umbrella and chairs a surprise. Would come back...just up to second floor...sorry. Needs to be better lighting around the sides of building and on the boardwalk.

Easy access to Beach

Condo was just as described. Even though can’t see water from balcony, you can take few steps to bench on walkway and enjoy the views. Made up for being able to walk out back door to beach instead of down front steps.

Amazing location

This was an amazing property outside of the hustle and bustle of the main drag still with everything close by. Very convenient, parking easy to get into the unit, very quick beach access

Perfect beach vacation

This property was perfect for us, just myself and my husband. Being a smaller condo building was great--less people on the beach and in the water. Very clean unit and comfortable furnishings. Definitely recommend.

Vacation in Paradise

Very comfortable and well furnished. The beach is amazing. Because this is a smaller complex the beach is not as crowded as it is at other condos. That’s a huge plus in my eyes.

Love this place!

This condo was so cute, clean and comfortable! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on being in vacation. Location was perfect! Close enough to stuff but just out of the way of the tourist traffic and noise. Nice and quiet. And access to the beach with the umbrella and chairs was great! So much better than walking through large lobbies and waiting for crowded elevators to take you to your room. Will definitely be back!

The only complaint we have is that you have to walk around from the front to go to the beach since they was no key to the patio door.

Everything you could want!

Great condo. Comfortable bed. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! Beach was wonderful and just steps away! The chair service was also great we used it every day. Would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful Oasis

This condo by far was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was exactly as described steps to the beach. The pictures are beautiful but still didn’t do it justice. The place was so comfortable & has everything you need while vacationing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect space and location!

This condo had everything we needed! The games inside the couch were a hidden gem. My kids loved it. The chairs and box fan in the closet came in handy, as well as the grill we used one night! Being able to just walk right outside and down to the beach was so convenient, and perfect for our little ones. The location of the condo is so close to everything we needed, and delicious restaurants. It was so warm and inviting! I also appreciate the quick communication with my questions and check-in. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to FWB! Perfect stay, great time. 10/10 recommend 💗
