Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodeled in light bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and King memory foam mattress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the spacious patio. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at:

Excellent condo with everything we needed right at our fingertips! Very clean and the beach is literally right outside the patio door. We will be staying again in the future!

My wife and I got to go on our first trip to Florida. This place was excellent. Great location close to lots of nice restaurants. Lots of places to shop, beach access was perfect. We absolutely loved it. We will be coming back again and highly recommend this place. The host every time I text got back with me in a timely manner and answered every question that I had.

We liked the location of the condo on the beach . Not a big high rise . Only 3 stories , 12 units right on the beach ! The only draw back for us is that there wasn’t a pool or hot tub on the premises. Yeah I know we’re on the beach but still like in the evenings to hang out by a pool or hot tub ! Other than that like the convenience of walking out the back door straight to the beautiful water and sand of Ft Walton .

Nothing fancy but clean and Host Candy was very attentive to our needs. Location to the beach is awesome. There is a really nice grassy area literally right outside the condo door for easy access for our dog. Me, my husband, 2 teenage sons and small dog had just enough space. Having beach chair service is really nice as well.

We love this place, opening the back door and stepping on to the beach is great! It is perfect for two. You can sit outside on the open patio and see the ocean between dunes. No stairs. No parking garages. No gates. No stress! Perfect retreat.

Loved the proximity to the beach. The condo wasn’t fancy but had everything we needed. Owner’s were prompt with questions and able to help direct us appropriately.

Great area. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is a little difficult on the weekends as ppl coming to the public beach access take the reserved parking. Washer/dryer not in unit but accessible on 2 floor.
