This is by far the best home we have ever rented anywhere inside or outside of the US. The location was awesome. It has everything you need besides groceries. The kitchen is more well-stocked than our own home. Plus bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, floats, etc. And the pool was just perfect. We were so sad to leave. It was truly a little slice of heaven for the week.

Excellent stay and lots of amenities

House is amazing- very relaxing, wonderful pool and has all the amenities for a beach day - chairs, coolers, bikes, - you name it, they had it! It was also nice to see an abundance of other supplies like extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags - everything was there. Great hosts- never had any issues- would definitely stay again!

Great family get away

We have stayed at a number of VRBOs In the East Naples area. The locations has always been great. However Michael’s service and the extra amenities in his home set his rental apart from many others. We would book again.

The house was beautiful in convenient location, which we love. The kitchen had just been renovated. The outdoor lanai is truly lovely leading out to a heated pool. The pool was lovely and warm! WiFi worked well…no complaints just compliments! We are planning to rent again next winter. Thank you so much Mike.

Great vacation, great house!

The space, the extra amenities, and the location of this house are really great! The hosts, Mike and Clem, were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The pictures in the listing were accurate. The neighborhood was comfortable and safe with a short distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and much more. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything was fabulous what you are in the pictures is what you get Michael was wonderful

Lovely home clean nicely decorated beautiful pool area bedrooms were very nice on a whole the house was wonderful would definitely return Michael the owner was great to work with if you had questions he answered immediately highly recommend the home to anyone

Notre séjour à Naples

Nous avons séjourné 11 jours à Naples et nous recommandons vivement cette location pour les points suivants: à Naples: Likes Villa - belle propriété. La cuisine, le BBQ, les Coins repas et le salon ont rendu le séjour parfaitement agréables. Les deux chambres avec lits doubles exceptionnellement confortables. La climatisation tres appréciables, on a commencé à 72F et après quelques jours d’adaptation on l’a ajusté à 77-78F. Mise à disposition de toutes les affaires de plages, chaises, parasols, sac isotherme, paniers. En excellent état + 2 vélos! La piscine Mise à disposition des jouets , bouées, frites, chaises flottantes, ballons on s’est bien amusés. Il y a un Supermarché à Kings Lake et une station service, utile pour acheter du lait…, à Proximité, avec la possibilité d’y aller à pied. Le calme autour de la propriété avec les quelques lapins et écureuils contribuent à une ambiance très relaxante. Grand merci à Mike pour ses conseils échangés lors de notre séjour! On a énormément apprécié et Ça nous a donné vraiment l’envie d’y retourner dans un proche avenir! Par ailleurs, - Les plages sont tres belles, l’eau c’est du bouillon on ne ressens cassement pas de différence de température lors de la rentrée dans l’eau. - The evening cruise a bord le Naples Princess c’est un vrai plaisir à s’offrir. Dislikes Partir pour rentrer chez nous!

Family Fun

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Haus, eine super Größe, toll ist auch der überdachte Aussenbereich. Die schönsten Strände sind in 15 min zu erreichen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Einrichtung ist richtig schön. Wir werden hoffentlich wiederkommen.

Stay at Crown Pointe Naples

Can’t fault anything. Property was just as advertised with loads of space. Thoughtfully provided chairs and cool box to use at beach and two bikes if you fancy a cycle. Didn’t need to bother Mike and Clem much but when we did, they were really helpful. Beds and lounge area furniture very comfortable. Access to the gym/larger pool was excellent too. Other users very friendly. Would definitely use again

Great stay and perfect communication

We, group of friends, enjoyed our stay at Mike and Clem's house a lot! They were the perfect hosts: super quick and easy communication (!!), very helpful in every way. The house is exactly like it is shown on the pictures. Only the room with the queensize bed is a little smaller than it appears. The house has quite new furniture and is very well equipped. Especially the beach equipment (6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, big cool/ice box, beach trolley) is worth mentioning. The house is perfect for a couple and 2-3 kids, two couples and 1/2 singles or just 2 couples. The pool area is very private because of bushes and palm trees around it. On the other hand, it also causes to get shady relatively quickly, but this hardly affected us because we were on the beach all day. Location: only 10 min to the beach and 2 min to the next supermarket. The only small minus point comes from the fact that the house is relatively close to the main road, so you almost always heard the passing cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you again, Mike and Clem!
