Incredible 17th floor condo has been completely remodeled and has beautiful views! You will enjoy relaxing on the private balcony accessed from the living room through double sliding glass doors while you enjoy incredible ocean, river and panoramic coastline views. The living area features a pull out couch for extra sleeping as well as dining for six. The kitchen has been updated and is complete with full size appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. The master bedroom features ocean and river views and has a King adjustable Tempurpedic Proadapt Medium Hybrid bed, TV, and private fully updated bath with shower. The guest room has beautiful ocean views and is complete with a queen bed and twin bed, a TV and a full bath just outside the door. All linens, towels, cable and internet are included. Just come and enjoy! Building amenities include pool, kiddie pool and whirlpool that are located oceanfront on the top level of the two level sun deck. The lower level hosts a large sundeck and exit to the beach. Visitors can also enjoy shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and indoor exercise room, game room, and library. Peck Plaza is also home to the Top of Daytona fine dining restaurant and bar. This dining experience is one of kind with incredible 360 degree views of the entire Daytona Beach coastline from the 29th floor. Family friendly beachfront

Great property for family stay. Clean and well kept. Everything we needed for making meals was available in the kitchen. There were even a few toys for the beach.

I really enjoyed staying at this unit. The view and location were just what I wanted. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. Ashley was very helpful and responsive. My only issue was the elevator situation. There was only 1 working at the time of my stay and it broke when I was checking out. Getting my luggage and myself to the car from the 17th floor was a challenge to say the least. If there had been an emergency in the building, I'm thinking there would have been quite a few casualties as the majority of the people I noted upon my stay were elderly. If not for the help of the maintenance team, I myself wouldn't have been able to get everything and myself to my car. I'm so thankful for them.

Great Condo!

We booked as the resort we normally go to in Daytona you always have to fight for pool chair. I’ve also always seen the round condos and thought they would be cool to stay in. The condo was just as pictured. Views between river and ocean were fabulous. The condo had everything needed. This is the first time I haven’t had to go buy hangers to hang clothes!! Check in and out were super easy as well. Will definitely be back!

Nice Daytona trip

Very nice updated property with excellent views. Everything exactly as described. Only complaint would be that one of the two elevators was down the entire trip which caused long waits at times for such a large property.

Great location

Ashley our host was beyond helpful and very friendly. She always responded immediately with any question asked. The unit itself was beautiful and clean. The master bed, super comfy. Had everything we needed. Would most definitely recommend and if we come back would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

The condo was great, great neighborhood and Ashley was wonderful. She answered messages very quick from before booking through checkout! We will definitely be booking here the next time we visit Florida!!

Perfect in every way!

This is a beautiful property in an awesome location! The condo is 100% up to date, and has every convenience that you could want. The views from the 17th floor are amazing! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The location is also great. Each morning we would visit a different breakfast place within 5 minutes. All in all, it is hard to imagine a better place to spend a few days!

Best vacation ever

Wondeful process all the way through. Ashley is a pleasure to deal with and communication from booking cant be beat. Room is exactly as advertised but pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely incredible from every room and balcony. If you're afriad of heights I do not recommend this room but other than that this place was perfect and we had an excellent time. Thanks again Ashley, our first VRBO stay was more than we could have imagined!

Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband and two young adult daughters. The condo was beautifully and adequately furnished. The building was in excellent shape. They were constantly cleaning the public areas-including sanitizing the elevator and workout rooms. Ashley was wonderful to deal with-very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

One of the best

This unit had everything we needed including beach towels and two chairs. Very nice unit. It could accommodate 7-8 as there is a sofa bed in the living/dining area and a dressing room in master suite that would allow a rollaway, park n play or a cot for a younger child. Beautiful views from everywhere!

Loved It!!!

What a beautiful place to stay. We had an amazing time. It was just as described. Absolutely amazing to walk out on the balcony and see the river and the ocean at the same time. Super quiet. The check in process was easy and staff were prompt, friendly and quick to answer all the questions that we had.

Love this place

Beautiful views! Had everything we needed during our stay. Lots of activities. We loved playing pool, ping pong and shuffleboard. The hot tub and pool were awesome

Best unit on the beach

This unit is a 10! Perfection on the cleaning Well equipped kitchen - everything in the cupboards was sparkling clean 😊 Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. It’s like sleeping on a cloud, with motion base. You can drink your coffee in bed looking at the panoramic view. I am a fussy traveler and this unit is wonderful. Anything you need for a beach day- chairs, cooler, towels it’s all there. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with a ocean view that’s phenomenal. So enjoyable to stay here. Close to everything.

End of summer getaway

We booked a stay at Peck Plaza for an end of summer getaway, the architecture of the building made it unique and we were blown away by the interior of our unit. It was beautifully decorated, modern, clean, yet still comfy and welcoming. The views are unmatched, we saw stunning sunrises over the ocean and gorgeous sunsets over the river. The balcony furniture was really comfortable I enjoyed morning coffer out there each day. Also the bed in the primary room was a high quality mattress, I slept so well! Kitchen had everything we needed. We even enjoyed the 90s throw back dvds. Pool was nice and we liked being just steps from the beach. Ashley met us and gave us a tour and she also recommended a great icecream shoppe ( cherry top icecream, go there!). Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and would book again. I've shared pics of the views on all my social media and several friends have asked about it. We live in Jacksonville so coming down to daytona for quick stay-cations are very easy, so I would definitely check the availability here first when we come back down.

Amazing

I was a little worried about renting this property as there was no reviews. I contacted Ashley and found out it had been a rental on VRBO but the owner was now going through a rental place also that they lost all reviews on VRBO. This condo has AMAZING views of the ocean, city, and the river!! The condo was very clean and we had no issues!! Beach access was great!! I liked the underground parking also, nice and secure!! If you are thinking about renting don’t hesitate at all it’s worth it!!!
