Great location

We stayed here for a softball tournament. 11 of us and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the house and the location. Will stay here again

Wonderful family getaway :)

My family and I had such a lovely time ! There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed spending so much time together while also having the space to have any alone time if we desired. We played games , ate together ( the extra large table came in more than handy ) . The parking was easy and everyone enjoyed themselves so so much ! We would be more than happy to stay there again :)

This condo fit our needs perfectly. It provided the space needed for our group, the home was clean and well maintained, and the location was in walking distance to the beach.

Softball Tournament

Was a great size for our men’s softball team, close to everything and plenty of space, only downfall I saw was the water pressure in the showers, other than that everything was great

Need’s Attention

We enjoyed the convenience of having our entire group in one location, but this place needs lots of attention. The stove top was broken. One of the coffee makers was broken. One of the sliding doors was off track. One of the toilet tanks leaked. The floor was dirty. The mattresses and pillows are worn out. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in months and the deck is filthy. It’s a real shame because the place has real potential.

Loud Complex and Neighiboorhood

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation for the family, this is not it. The complex is quite loud. A couple of nights there were frat party level parties/noise next door (there are adjoining doors which are not well soundproofed). Pot smoke wafting from the other balconies is ever present. The loud water feature runs from morning till night (whether it's being used or not) and the windows don't seal well, so it's loud in the unit all day. The neighborhood is rowdy, to put it mildly -- fireworks and drug deals going down at all times of the night. The floors in the unit were dirty -- your feet turn black after walking around on it for a few minutes. Beware of the extra fees tacked on to the bill (linen fee??), which added significantly to the final price for the week.

Needs definite better attention to cleanliness!!!

The floors could not have been mopped before our arrival as we mopped ourselves and got 3 bucketfuls of filth!!! DEFINITELY FILTHY😩 The outside lanai was again dirty! The doorknob that holds the entry code on the entry door from the outside was broken and could not get anyone to Do anything about it for 3 days! The layout of the condo worked well for us! The pool was not properly maintained where the kiddie pool looked dirty as the water was not maintained. The lathe pool had lots of sand in the bottom! The bathrooms were relatively clean, the floors needed some attention and there was dirt in all the corners and sometimes between the tiles! I had told Maggie previously in email that it was important that it be clean for us because I had a very fussy daughter!! I could attribute part of the dirt to the fact that Covid affected the labor force for employment!! I am also a business holder and would want to know if my rental was not clean for my renters! We made several contacts to the contact people were were given including Maggie herself with no answers or return calls!! Took them 4 days to fix the door lock which was an important safety concern! I would not recommend this property in its present condition!

My group of 12 was in the age range from 45 to 81. The rooms downstairs was ideal. The property had more than enough space.

Quick family reunion

We found the property online and were able to share it with family members across the USA. Once settled upon we easily booked the property and we’re able to meet there for a great (but too short) stay. We agreed we would return if were able to. We really loved the fact that you didn’t have to go to a real estate office to check in and out.

Thanksgiving 2021

My family and I had an amazing Thanksgiving! The property was great for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The foosball table was a big hit! The kitchen was equipped with a variety of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The two refrigerators were perfect for all of the food before and after Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

Perfect For Large Groups

These condos are centrally located to the beach fun and all the "touristy" things you want to do in Myrtle Breach! We had 30 people with us and we had two condos close together, they were spacious, good amenities and a BIG table for games and eating. They were perfect for large groups!

Disappointed and Disrespected

My rental was from Tuesday 8/31 - Saturday 9/4. On Wednesday, I emailed the owner, Maggie Quinlan, that my shower sliding door had thick black mold buildup and sent pictures. As I was showering, the mold was rinsing into my shower. In Maggie's response, she told me to contact her cleaning company with further issues, so I did and copied Maggie on the email with more pictures of other concerns. The owner of her contracted cleaning company, Glenn Autry of Majesty Maids was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful... "Have a great week, we were going to come back out. A total reclean is not an option. At this point, I wish you well and maybe enjoy Myrtle Beach." Maggie did contact someone from a different company, Turn Key. However, I'm renting from the owner of the unit, not the owner of the cleaning company. 1. Mold is a health & safety concern. 2. I paid a cleaning fee and the unit was not clean. 3. Maggie passively handled the situation; not addressing the rudeness, disrespect, or unprofessionalism of her contracted cleaning company... or even apologizing. 4. I was over the vacation at this point; seems Maggie is in this business for the money and not to ensure her guests are at least happy with the unit and her customer service. 5. Maggie stated her unit has been "booked solid all season since March," this was a "challenging year for the cleaning company with very few workers," "condos are seeing a significant amount of wear and tear," there will be a "deep clean in the fall." How does this response supposed to make me and my family feel paying to rent a unit (including a cleaning fee) where the owner admits to shortcuts due to quick turn-arounds for the next guests. This treatment from Maggie and Glenn Autry of Majesty Maids is unacceptable! You must practice thorough cleanliness for each rental, especially with COVID still very relevant. Excuses are not an option!

Our worst vacation ever .

The room didn’t look like it was being advertising on the internet. The blinds in the living room area were broken and neighbors could see right through the balcony window. The room itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Trash and dust under the beds and floor, the tile floors was so dirty that their feet had black dirt underneath. When we arrived, only one bathroom had tissue paper, the rest didn’t, so we had to go purchase some. Used condoms were under the beds, furniture all stained up. It is too much to say. The noise was so loud from the motorcycle and loud cars all night that you could sleep because of the area we were in. I paid too much money to stay there & l feel like I wasted my money. My nephew truck was towed because he was on the parking space line while other vehicles that were absolutely doubled parked but did not get towed or nothing. I do not recommend staying here.

The unit was very spacious! It accommodated all the guests and their belongings with room to spare. The location to the beach was awesome and it took no time to walk to the festivities happening on the boardwalk! I hope to make this an annual vacation location!

We were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as parking is very difficult during prime seasons. We also wanted a newer building with larger rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, close to family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group.
