It was an interesting setup for two units being separate. I would like to see the units updated, the furniture was dated, and had limited kitchen items for use.

The accommodations were perfect for our group. However, I did not realize the rooms were not adjoining. They were separate rooms with different entrances. It ended up not being a big deal. While these condos were nice and clean, the actual resort wasn't what I had hoped. To be fair, they are doing construction and upgrades. So it looks like it is being worked on. The beach was amazing! The views are just as the pictures show. We had a great week with our crew. The communication with the property manager was great. Very helpful!

For the nearly 6000 spent on these condos, the value and condition was significantly underserved. Upon arrival, we found not two, but four individual units (two efficiency BR/kitchenette/bath, and two one BR/kitchen/LR/bath) with various doorways to try and interconnect them. Cleanliness was abhorrent with previous guest clothing found in dresser drawers, childrens socks and hairtie with a hairball were found in a kitchen utensile drawer, floors and counter surfaces were not clean. My great granddaughters were crawling on the floor and their hands and knees turned black from the dirt residue. There were no sheets on the king bed. One of the patio doors was missing the handle to turn the deadbolt and could not be opened. Mold was found on a bath vent. Our group was dismayed and wanted to move elsewhere, but we felt stuck. All of this was reported to management, but with no response, we made a trip to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and sheets for the king bed. We had multiple people in our group take 90 minutes to sweep and mop all floors, sanitize all counter surfaces, etc to get it to a livable condition. We purchased a screwdriver and wrench and eventually got the patio door open. But management presents this as a wonderful place, charges a fortune, but it's just lipstick on a pig.

Perfect fit if you have a big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condominium has four rooms that are separate but all together in the same hallway. It was perfect for our big family. The rooms were very comfortable and they had everything we needed. We definitely will be coming back to this place in the future!

Host was great. Rooms were clean. Great ocean view. On boardwalk. Miss leading though when you rent the four bedroom condo. It is really 4 different units with connecting door between two on each side. To access all you need to use hallway. With having daughters and grandchildren wanted to be all connected. Also no security at garage ever and resort most hours. Access from the beach is open to any one during the day and evening which would allow any one access to elevator to all floors.

Overall great location

We had great family time at this oceanfront condominium. Its 2 condominium that is connected through a common hallway. Location is excellent close to all activities and food places. Our only complaint is check in was a mess. I don’t think its a host problem though, the check in for everyone is at 4 pm, so others staying in that resort all try to check in at same time and even though you don’t have to physically check in at front desk, there is a long wait at the entrance to just park and unload luggage with limited trolly before you go park your car in the parking garage located just one block away. We also couldn’t check in at 4 due to some lock issues, we were informed around 2.30 that they are trying to resolve the issue and will get the property clean as soon as they can. It also said on listing that we can use pool if you get here early but without the keycard or parking pass you can not park or get in pool! We also got locked out of one room after we checked in and it took almost 4 hours to resolve, so my husband stayed at the property whole evening until someone came and fixed. So besides these glitches on check in day, we had great experience at this property with amazing ocean views and beach.
