The house is wonderful! Very well stocked with everything you could need. The outside is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and interesting sculptures. We had a wedding at the Broadmoor and it was a perfect home base for our family. Thank you, Bill and Liz, for your excellent communication and service! We highly recommend staying at this house.

That idea that "everyone loved it" is great to hear because we try to have fun things for people of all ages to do while they are enjoying the home- lots of games for outside and inside fun, bikes, loungers and comfortable seating around the fire pit for an evening of gathering around with the family.

Host and house manager were great to work with throughout the whole process. The house has a fantastic outdoor area that everyone enjoyed. Grandkids loved the game room, especially the air hockey table and the huge selection of DVDs for movies at night.

This place is everything it was advertised to be, and more! The location is ideal as it was in a fabulous neighborhood and about 15 minutes from almost everything (zoo, hiking, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, Manitou Springs…). The property was pristine with abundant, high quality amenities and a beautiful, private backyard oasis for enjoying with family, along with the huge basement game/tv room. Communication with the host was excellent and easy. We are planning to return!

Thank you Karen! As you know, we keep it as if it were our own home because it is our own home- except in the summer when we head to Lake Tahoe. So we want our guests to have things perfectly clean, convenient, and ample. That way the family can have a vacation they won't ever forget.

We had a wonderful stay at your home and truly enjoyed our time there. It was a great place for our family to be together during such a special week for us.We especially enjoyed the kitchen, it made preparing breakfast every morning such a pleasure. One of our favorite things was sitting in the breakfast nook, looking out into your beautiful garden while having breakfast. It was such a lovely and relaxing way to start the day.We appreciated how quickly you responded to the issues with the AC and the sprinkler. Those things can happen, and they certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.Most importantly, we had a wonderful wedding week and made some very special family memories while staying at your home. Thank you for your hospitality and for helping make our time in Colorado Springs so enjoyable.We definitely would stay here again if we return to Colorado Springs.

First off, the house is as advertised and more. Big difference between this and most rentals is that it is actually someone's home, so it comes with all the accessories, especially in the kitchen. The house is perfectly maintained and clean. The backyard (and entire yard) is beautiful and well-manicured and great for just relaxing. Plenty of room to throw football, kick soccer ball, play tag, etc for kids. Incredible grilling, fire pit and outdoor eating area. The game room is excellent for all ages. Bikes, lawn games, balls available in garage. Circle driveway plus 2 car garage...plenty of parking. And the property manager is super accessible. Also noteworthy is that the neighborhood is extremely nice, and it is about 8-10 minute walk to the Broadmoor Resort. Obviously, we were very pleased with the property.

Beautiful home and welcoming, peaceful backyard

This home is perfect for a family or group gathering. The backyard is amazing, the kitchen fully equipped and the basement has a plethora of games. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Excellent house. Gorgeous back yard and deck with a very relaxing water feature. We had everything we needed for a great stay with a large multi family group.

We had a wonderful stay! The backyard patio and landscaping made for relaxing evenings, and the kids loved spending time in the game room. The kitchen was so well thought out and had everything we needed — mornings were especially enjoyable eating breakfast while watching the bunnies in the front yard.Our trip to Colorado was busy with visits to Pikes Peak, the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs, but coming back to this home each evening was the perfect retreat and a welcome break from Dallas life. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation spot

This is a beautiful house that is well maintained and filled with many amenities to add to your vacation enjoyment. We spent much time on the back deck eating meals or relaxing on the comfy lounge chairs. The outdoor heaters were a nice bonus on cooler nights too. There are plenty of games for kids of all ages to enjoy making this a perfect rental for a large family. The house has a great location too - minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel and close to many other Colorado Springs attractions. Thanks for sharing your home with us Bill and hope we can return again in the future!

Golf marshals

We were the marshal leadership team for the US Senior Open and needed a house that slept 7 adults. We wanted a nice home close to The Broadmoor Hotel and this fit us perfectly. Beautiful home with a fantastic back yard andcovered patio. Within walking distance of the hotel that has very nice restaurants. The Wi-FI worked great and garage was appreciated. Great game room too.

Excellent property, beautifully designed and meticulously kept - highly recommend!

One of the very best rentals we've ever stayed at. The design of the home, the furnishings, and the outdoor areas are all excellent. Great for a large or extended family get-together. Everything was extremely organized and well labeled. I struggle to find anything I would change.

Broadmoor Home

Home looks beautiful, however, we never used it, had cancellations at Broadmoor, so did not need the additional rooms for staff..maybe next year! Bill was a delight to work with.

Best stay ever

We have rented about 20 houses over the last 11 years, and this was easily the best. Beautiful home, exquisite grounds, sparkling clean, thoughtful touches of hospitality everywhere you turn. Kind and responsive manager. Incredible deck where the adults can chat by the firepit while watching the kids play ladder ball in the yard. Short drive to various fun activities, but plentifully stocked with games if you just want to stay home.

Outstanding 55th Anniversary Celebration

This was the most outstanding VRBO property we have ever rented. The home was very large and well appointed, it was like we were truly living in someone's home. The owner and both property managers were very easy to deal with and most attentive to our needs. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time. in CS and on the property. Instant crush

When we arrived at the property and were greeted by a deer grazing in the front yard, we knew we were in for a special stay.
