We live in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. There is no outside noise allowed in the backyard after 9pm because we have many close neighbors.

Had a great time with extended family. Very well stocked and decorated. Plenty of entertainment room. Only minor downsides were that it was a little awkward to identify the driveway and the upstairs bathroom was shared. Highly recommend this accomodation.

Excellent location to walk to Broadmoor and Golden Bee! Home was perfect for our family and extra guests visiting from out of town for my son's College graduation. The home was very clean, had everything you could possibly need and great parking space. The only thing to be aware of is you cannot stay out and enjoy the back yard/patio past 9pm sharp (In the rules of home that I did not see). We had a fussy 3-year-old on the patio and low music playing and received a noise complaint almost immediately. Other than that, it was a great home!

This lovely home is in an excellent location. We took advantage of the easy walk to the Broadmoor. The house is spacious with great outdoor spaces. Everything we needed was there…especially a well-stocked kitchen!

Truly a "Sweet Spot"

We stayed at the Sweet Spot for a couple of nights so that our family (grown children, spouses, and grandchildren) could enjoy a couple of days around Colorado Springs. The home was very welcoming, family-friendly, and accessible to the Springs. Communication with the owners was great-- we loved our time!

Great location

The location is great! Beds were comfortable and the stove and ovens were large. We went to the Broadmoor every day, it’s a 10 minute walk. Also the Catholic Church is 10 minutes walking. Great location!

Fantastic stay

The house was perfect for our group of littles up to oldies. Kitchen labeled perfectly. Lots of space inside and out to hang out together. Comfy beds. The host could not have been more accommodating and responsive! All in all one of the best VRBO stays ever!

Great House - Awesome Host

This property did not disappoint. A group of women were there for a conference and this house was such a close walk to the hotel/conference. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable. The host was extremely responsive even while she was traveling. I would definitely stay at this house when/if I ever get back to this area. Thank you for making us all feel at home, so very inviting!

The house is lovely and well-equipped as others have mentioned. It would certainly be great for families. There were three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. The two bedrooms downstairs are fine. However, one bathroom is extremely small with no counter space. So the accommodations were a bit less desirable for three adult couples. I missed that fact when I booked. Overall, though, a charming place!

Hands down, one of the best locations our family has ever rented. Pam is a true hostess, making sure every amenity is available. This is a true ‘home away from home’ experience and the location can’t be beat. At the end of busy days, each person in our large group was able to spread out and have privacy or quiet time. When we wanted to all be together for meals, games, and family fun there was plenty of room! It was really hard for us to leave…this is a very special place. Thank you Pam!

My husband, Rich, is an Army Space guy. We knew that accommodation steps away frim the Broadmoor for events like the Space Symposium would be a great idea. We are also close to hiking trails, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden if the Gods and so much more. Our guests enjoy looking up Cheyenne Canyon, and enjoying time in the comfortable back yard area.
