Guests must park on the right side of the Y driveway. Owner/host lives in the upstairs unit and parks on the left side of the driveway.

When returning from the beach with sandy feet, please rinse off outside using hose on left side of house. Trash cans here are also for your use.

Excellent Rental, Exceptional Host

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and communicative, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The location of the home was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The cleanliness of the home was exceptional. The moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Every corner was meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. One aspect that made our stay particularly enjoyable was the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. Despite being in a vibrant location, the home offered a serene and quiet atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. Amazing Seagrass Chalet!

Such a beautifully decorated space! You will feel right at home! It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a restaurant right on the corner. Elizabeth the hostess is very sweet! It’s the perfect place for a beach getaway.

Loved our stay in this adorable place! Everything was new and very clean and it was perfect for our quick family beach trip. Super convenient location and owner was very accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely stay there again! Thanks!!
