Completely Renovated Pink Sea House on North Beach, Tybee Island

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront townhome on Tybee's North Beach, just steps to the beach walkover.

The first floor has a great room with back deck, fully furnished kitchen that opens to dining and great room. The unit has cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The one bedroom on the first floor faces the front porch and has a king bed and attached full bath.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms more bedrooms; a front bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath and a master bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master also has a walk-in closet, a dressing area with 2 sinks, a separate room with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The front porch that overlooks ocean, north beach, and the Historic Tybee lighthouse & Fort Screven. Big ships pass right by the townhome! You can be in the ocean water in minutes. Great beach with 2 lifeguard stations. There is an outside shower for after a day at the beach. The famous North Beach Grill serves great lunch and dinners is located just steps from the unit and beach. They have live music Thursday-Sunday. There is also a concession stand.

Nearby you can visit the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum, you can rent bikes, golf carts, paddle boards. You can take dolphin tours, tour Fort Pulaski National Monument. It's only a 25 minute ride into Historic Savannah. So much to do! This is a great home to come to the beach and relax!

The house was great and location couldn’t be beat. We had 8 family members staying a week and there was plenty of room for everyone.

This property was lovely and a perfect fit for our group. Was close super close to beach, just a small walk down the boardwalk. The deck off the bedroom was perfect for watching the sunrise! Host was great and responsive.

We were very happy with our stay at the pink house on Tybee. Danny was fantastic at providing information before, during and after our stay. He came to check in several times and was very friendly. He was very informative about the area. We loved being so close to the ocean, light house, and the science center which were all within 2-3 minutes walking distance. We also were only about 30 minutes away from Savannah. There were lots of great activities for a family of all generations to enjoy.

The location is perfect, very nice and clean place to stay on Tybee. It was our first visit to this island and we had a great time. Take a sunset dolphin cruise while in town, that was our favorite part of the trip!

Family trip

Overall a great stay. Perfect location to the beach with kids. Lightning strike affected the electricity but Dan was very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Great place to stay while on Tybee. The location can’t get any better and the house itself was awesome! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Tybee! Dan was great and very hospitable to myself and my family. Already sad to not be there anymore and we only left a few hours ago!

Great location. Walkable to beach. Restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Very clean. Beach chairs and wagon included, however beach chairs have seen better days but still nice to have if don't have other chairs.

Beautiful home

Great location within walking distance of beach. We spent time at the venue next to the residence and listened to live music. We would book again.

Family vacation

Great house and location. Very easy walk to the beach for children and adults. We enjoyed the lighthouse, Marine Center and nearby park. Dan was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette trip! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to the beach and Savannah if you wanted to travel into the city. Dan was a great host and provided everything we needed. He was responsive to my questions and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Friends getaway

We decided to try something different for our annual sprinter (spring winter) get away.We were just looking for a relaxing comfortable warm place before going on to historic Savannah. We were delighted with these accommodations, they were exactly as described. We enjoyed walks on the beach, historic sites and local shops,Dan our host could not have been nicer.

Little pink beach house.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was so close to the beach and the house was so nice. Had a small leak in the ceiling a few days in and Dan had it fixed super quick!! Great place ! Highly recommend!

Heaven by the beach!

I would recommend that place 100% The place was immaculate & the owner really really nice. It has plenty of dishes/linens/beach stuff… And the location is very quiet & so close to the beach. LOVED IT!!

I am from West Georgia, my wife and I moved to Tybee 35 years ago. We love the beach, JC park, Lighthouse, Maritime Center, Ft. Screven Museum, Sunrises, Sunsets, long walks, Tybee characters, restaurants and being so close to Savannah (the most beautiful small city) Coastal Georgia & South Carolina's beauty & people. I have met so so many fun and kind vacationers from all over the country. I enjoy telling them all about Tybee and Savannah.

Fort Screven & North Beach has beautiful dunes and beaches and not crowed. The same renters come back year after year, sometims twice in a season. I have made many Life Friends from being a Host.
The largest cargo ships in the world pass right by the townhome! Sea Birds and Dolphins are fun to watch. The Lighthouse is a rocks throw and in the Summer has a farmers market on Mondays from 4pm to 7, good stuff! The North Beach Grill has great food and drinks and live music often.
