Overall a good vacation spot. It was a little smaller than we expected and we had a few bugs but the beach was great.

Wonderful location on Amelia Island. This is the second time we’ve stayed. Comfy beds. great renovation! Beautiful deck and beach view. Love staying on the north end of the island walking distance to restaurants. Great shark tooth hunting! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house is very small but we don’t stay inside a lot so it was not a big deal. It is decorated very pretty and the beds were very comfortable. Great A/C. Would have been more convenient to have been able to access the downstairs from the upstairs but was not a deal breaker. A great place for our little family vacation. The area on the beach was not crowded even with it being Labor Day weekend.

We’ve stayed here many times. We keep coming back because it’s so close to the beach and it’s not crowded. Or you can sit on the deck and listen to the ocean! Close to restaurants, Egan’s Greenway and Fort Clinch. Something for everyone.

We arrived at this beautiful spot and there was plenty of parking, felt very welcoming plus our puppies loved the huge back porch and so did we. The place has everything you need to feel T home, it was very clean and the hosts were very quick to respond when we had a question. We will be back over and over, it was a lovely place and experience!

This place is A. I hate sharing amazing reviews because I’m always fearful we won’t be able to get it once this gem is found by others, but the owners and managers are way to amazing and easy to work with to keep it to myself! It’s everything you could imagine and more!

We just spent four weeks at this property. Great location and well equipped house, including kitchen items for cooking and consuming. Host was very responsive on any questions we had during our stay. Beds super comfortable with nice bedding. Deck was an excellent place to hang out in sun or shade with space and comfortable furniture. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck, which was really nice. Short walk to the community recreation center if you are looking for a fitness room or lap swimming pool.

Starting with the incredible view from the back deck straight out to the ocean waves, then inside to the super comfortable beds this place was great. Gracious host helped me with multiple changes in my plans, made everything seamless. Highly recommend if you love the beach and the sounds of waves washing ashore!

The property description is extremely accurate. Please pay attention to how many times it says ‘small’ because this property is small. We were supposed to have six adult travelers, and I am glad that two of them backed out because we would have been on top of each other. There is no closet space or storage space of any kind to put your clothes anywhere except small dressers in the bedrooms and no place to put suitcases. This is not a space for any elderly people or people with mobility problems. The beds, while very comfortable, are so high that they are almost impossible for mostly limber adults to get into . The location is lovely at the beach and very convenient. It would be great for families with little kids.

Excellent Amelia location

Our guests were unable to join us but we loved our stay. The location provided walking access to two excellent restaurants and miles of beach for walking.

Stay on the beach for business

Very nice place for four people to stay on the beach while in Fernandina Beach on business. Great sunrise views. Safe place to walk to nearby park and restaurants. Stable wifi connection. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay here, the place has everything you need and more.

We had a great stay here, the place has everything you need and more. Plenty of linens and kitchen ware for the whole crowd. The location is wonderful, you can hear and see the ocean from the back sliding doors. There are 2 nice bars/restaurants within a very short walk. When we come back into the area we would love to stay again.
