Starting Mid-March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The focus will be on staircases and balconies; however, this unit's balcony has already been completed. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs are expected to last about one year.
