Beautiful oceanfront property located within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The balcony was huge and amazing views. We loved our stay. We will be going back soon.

We LOVED this place! Everything was great, especially the beach views! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked(including beach gear). We enjoyed the beach, walking around the area, and traveling some to Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and a few other places. Would 10/10 definitely recommend!! We hope to be back soon!

Our condo was decorated very peachy. Our view was spectacular right over a turtle next to watch. Sun rise was gorgeous.We were walking distance to everything. Everyone was friendly, but the units was just fabulous. A glorious time.

This unit is nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies and cookware. It has excellent access to the beach, parking and within a short walk of most of what Folly Beach has to offer in the way of restaurants and other businesses. Also it is close to Charleston for shopping and a host of other things to do!!

Went in May 2026 and had a blast. We never had to get in our car, Central street right up about a block. We rented a golf cart for the day and road around the island, sit on the porch and watched the waves and relaxed, we were right on the ocean. It was so relaxing. One restaurant had set-up a DJ and we danced and had a blast. Would stay here again!!!! It was a girls trip with 5 of us in our 60's.

The view from this condo was gorgeous! The host was quick to respond to questions asked. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Well supplied with beach towels, chairs, paper supplies and cleaning products. We loved it so much that we already reserved it for next year!

Wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. Lisa responded to email within minutes. Plenty of paper products and kitchenware. Bring your own soap/shampoo. Enjoyed the balcony and proximity to the beach very much. Would absolutely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect! It was a great location…easy walking distance to everything. Communication with Lisa was easy — she responded quickly to the few questions I had. -And everyone we interacted with on the property was friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with how well stocked the condo was — lots of extra linens, towels, beach towels, toys, and chairs. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Incredible condo that is so well kept, clean, and had everything we needed plus some. It was located in a great location, close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. We are seriously so happy we stayed here and will definitely be back!

Great Stay, place, location

The best VRBO, condo, hotel, whatever you want to call it, place to stay in all my years traveling. The location is fantastic, family friendly atmosphere and a party vibe of you want one. Beach chairs and towels included, a huge plus.

Relaxing Vacation

This is an awesome place for ocean front views. Easy walking distance to the pier for ice cream and to the amazing restaurants and shopping.

The hostess was amazing! She offered options on restaurants and things to do! She was available for me for anything I needed! The property was beautiful! The beach was so welcoming! The master bathroom was like a spa!!! Love this place!
