Escape to This Luxurious Oceanfront Villa!


If you want a place to escape and have a memorable vacation, this rental is for you. Located directly on the beach, you wake up to a breathtaking view from our private balcony. Overlooking the famous Folly Pier, you will have private beach access and covered, gated parking. Or soak it up in one of the two oceanfront pools! With less than 1 minute of walking, you will be on Center St., known for Folly's famous restaurants, surf shops, and nightlife!

With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, you have all the space you need! Condo rental also includes linens, cleaning products, paper products, dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, beach towels, and toys; everything is ready for you upon arrival!

Don't forget to make time for Historic Charleston! Located 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, you can visit the aquarium, stroll through the famous plantations, enjoy a sunset cruise through Charleston Harbor, or take a carriage ride downtown.

Learn to surf or paddleboard. Or go kayaking on the Folly River. Folly Beach is a great place for boating or fishing.

It is adjacent to the Tides Hotel, where you can rent jet skis or walk up to the outdoor tiki bar. It's a great place for happy hour or lunch on the oceanfront patio!

This condo offers the perfect relaxing retreat! Sleeps 6 (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) 3 bathrooms, 2 parking passes.

Note: Free WIFI, no smoking, please. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the unit. Maximum booking is 14 nights.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. We come to Folly every year during week of Thanksgiving and always stay at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. We’ve tried different units, and this one really was great. Mattresses were wonderful, and it was incredibly well stocked with lots of supplies.The issue is that Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday of Thanksgiving week there was construction going on in a unit several down from us and down on the 2nd floor, but it was sooooo loud we thought it was right above us. They started jack-hammering at 8am and went til 6pm. We communicated to homeowner & property manager, but nothing could be done. We went and talked with construction crew and they said notices had been put in? Not sure if notices go to homeowners or not, but we were certainly not warned. Several other renters were also frustrated and complaining in the hallways & elevators. So beware that construction is allowed October - March and you may not get warned that it could ruin your peaceful stay.

A perfect “Folliday”!

You will love the comfort and tranquility of this beachfront condo. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our weeklong stay- and more. The best feature of this condo (besides the ocean views!) is that every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. This provided extra comfort and privacy for 3 married couples. Oh- and due to the design of this building, we heard zero noise even though we had a unit above and below us. It did not feel like a condo building at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic Fun at Folly

The villa was exceptional! Very well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The restaurants in the area were so good and had lots of entertainment. Playground close by and the pier was was an easy walk down the road. We also visited the Morris Lighthouse and Charles Town Landing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Four Wonderful Days

Several friends, all elderly women who have been friends since college, stayed in this lovely condo. Perfectly located, 3rd floor, ocean front. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the ocean was the best.ouour

Incredible condo that is so well kept, clean, and had everything we needed plus some. It was located in a great location, close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. We are seriously so happy we stayed here and will definitely be back!

Folly Beach

Condo was great, the view was amazing. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the surfers. So close to all the little shops, restaurants , pubs. Condo had everything and more than we needed! Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay. Drive into Charleston was easy, and short. We loved leaving the busy city and coming back to the quiet beach.

Wonderful!

The condo was updated, clean, and stocked with anything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it! The view from the balcony of the ocean and sunrise was stunning. The beach was only steps away. Location was perfect, restaurants and shops all walkable as well.

Great Stay, place, location

The best VRBO, condo, hotel, whatever you want to call it, place to stay in all my years traveling. The location is fantastic, family friendly atmosphere and a party vibe of you want one. Beach chairs and towels included, a huge plus.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Wonderful location for access to beach, Pier 101, and restaurants! Beautiful views from patio! Condo was comfortable and perfectly equipped! Nearby sightseeing in Charleston and Magnolia Gardens made our sister trip unforgettable! Highly recommend!

Great view and lovely place!

Loved this beautiful place with an incredible view of the ocean. At high tide the waves break just below the balcony at the sea wall. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable. A bit pricey, but everything is on the beach! Highly recommend!

Back again!

Amazing host, clean villa with all extra touches you might need while checking in after a long ride. Location is hard to beat- walking distance to the Central street restaurants and small shops. This was our third time with the same host and 12th time on the Folly. 2 things for the property management: our side elevator was out of business for 2 days and then fire alarm went off one night after midnight and did not stop for more than an hour. We understand that things happen and obviously have nothing against the host, but would appreciate some level of communication about those events. Nobody called to check on us or to give us any kind of reassurance or information. Consider that it was 3 out of 7 days affected, I believe that the property management could of done a better job.

Fun time on Folly

The condo was fantastic! Everything we needed was provided including a big balcony with an awesome ocean view. Having carts available to transport our luggage was great. And the condo was close to an elevator.

Our family loves visiting Folly Beach! There is something to do for all ages! If we could live there full time we would. Our first trip to Folly Beach was in 2006 to visit family. After our stay, we fell in love with the location and people. That is why we purchased this place so we can go back whenever we like! We hope you enjoy your stay!

We chose to buy this condo because of location, the people and the variety of activities to choose from. You can walk to just about anywhere to get anything you need; restaurants, shops, markets...but have the view of the ocean from your balcony. Everything you need is right there!

Folly Beach goes beyond any 'tourist' destination. When we visited Folly, we enjoyed the fact that its locale was well preserved. With only one hotel on the island you get that feeling of the atmosphere that's relaxing and enjoyable! Folly Beach locals really do have that southern hospitality to make you feel at home...but on the beach!
