You almost feel like you're at home in this wonderful property. Everyone having their own bathroom was wonderful! Jim was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions or issues. Would highly recommend renting one of his properties.

We absolutely loved this place. The owner clearly cares about the experience of his guests as he looks to have made some recent improvements and upgrades. A very quiet and clean property with nice and functional amenities. The location is great as it’s central to many of the great attractions in Lexington. 100% would stay here again.

House was clean and in a convenient, quiet location. We stayed here for three nights to move our daughter into UK, which was about a 10 minute drive to the dorm. The location is off the busy main roads, but close to every dining and shopping option you could need. Check in was simple and host offered garage parking spot in addition to the driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

Jim has done it again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Whoever maintains this property deserves a raise. Every room was immaculately cleaned.

The property was very clean and easy to get to. The listing was accurate with ample parking. Communicating with the host was easy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.

Great location near groceries and restaurants. Amazing backyard for the dogs to run around. This home is comfortable for the 6 people we had staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and an easy drive into any campus events.

My family and I had to stay here for some appointments at UK and we were beyond happy with our stay. We got to be able to stay in our favorite part of Lexington and have the accommodations that made a week of UK appointments more tolerable! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoy the house, deck in nice weather and the well equipped kitchen.It is in a great location, handy to lots of great restaurants especially Carson’s and Malones.The host’s instructions were detailed and check in instructions clear.We have returned to this house many times while visiting Lexington.

We stayed at the house for 5 nights for purposes of visiting horse farms and the racetrack. Location was perfect. Short drives to lots of restaurants and even some within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable and having one bedroom upstairs provided extra privacy. Jim was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and spacious. Being able to use the garage was very convenient. The fenced in backyard is a bonus for pet owners. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Jim our host was prompt and cordial. Everything was perfect!!
