Spotless and really nice extras. Things like plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen things, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing and the view from the bedrooms is a wonderful view of the mountains. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc were within walking distance. Great communication from the host.

Good location but apartment outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general was okay, honestly we didn't like it was construction during the whole time of our stay there, not able to use elevator and caution tape every where around, I understand that need it to do the work but also need it to inform guest that during the stay will be construction going on

Location is perfect! Close to restaurants, bars, beaches. We would definitely stay in a unit in the same complex. This unit was dirty and the furniture was lacking, uncomfortable and worn out. Dishwasher did not work. After sharing some concerns, the Management company was very quick to respond and made attempts to at least have the bathrooms cleaned. Based on the amount of money, our expectations were higher than the unit provided. It needs a DEEP cleaning and maintenance. Ant problem in the kitchen also. I did not want to continually complain so bought ant spray and tried to take care of it. Again, the location is fantastic and management company was very pleasant to work with. We paid for the gorgeous ocean views for sure!

Wonderful!!

Pictures don’t do it justice - the view is amazing from the lanai. Super clean, quiet, and cute. Well stocked with what you need. It’s at the end of the building so only one unit past you and so almost no foot traffic going by the unit. Comfortable and conveniently located. We feel we found a gem and would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location

GREAT location across the street from Kamole 1. Great view from the lanai. We had breakfast there every morning. It was stocked with all the beach stuff you need like chairs and umbrellas. The beds are really very firm which was a little uncomfortable and there are things like the bathrooms and doorknobs that could use some updating, but overall we were very happy with the property.

very comfortable in excellent location

this is a great condo! it's not fancy but it's extremely functional and both king beds as well as the sofa bed (which is very unusual) were very comfortable which is my priority when travelling. we had a couple of minor issues arise and the guest services were amazing! they really went above and beyond in ensuring a smooth, relaxing visit! the view and location are phenomenal, it was very quiet, we would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in an excellent location in Kihei. There are shops and restaurants very close, and the beach directly across the street is excellent and has sea turtles that swim in that area. The apartment complex has a nice view of the ocean and sunset, a warm pool, a nice roof with grills, an adequate number but very narrow parking spots, water hoses to rinse off sand, and an elevator. Our unit was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated that the condo had a beach umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and body-board for our use. It would have been more helpful to know about the towels before arrival though because I packed my own. The beds in the rooms were comfortable enough, but my adult son said the pull-out couch bed was terribly uncomfortable. The A/C cooled very well. The A/C in my bedroom made a click every few minutes, but I eventually got used to it and slept anyway. The kitchen was fine, but sparse, if you actually want to use it for cooking. Our friends rented a three bedroom unit in the same building which was a little less money, a lot bigger, and had a stocked kitchen- so we just hung out there. Overall, I would definitely return to the apartment complex, but would try out a different condo unit just to see what else is available- although I would still return to this one if needed because we still enjoyed ourselves. I just think that for the money I spent, it should have been luxurious.

We had a wonderful stay at this Kihei condo. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. The views from the decent size lanai were absolutely amazing and made every morning and evening special. We especially appreciated the beach gear—it made our beach days so easy. And the rooftop sunsets were fantastic, a perfect way to end each day in Maui. We’d happily stay here again!Pros: The view — so expansive and lovely to just sit and have a cocktail while we watch the ocean/sunsets. The close and walkable location to many stores and restaurants. We were warned about the construction that would be happening but were not impacted by it and rarely heard any of it from inside our room. The beds were comfy and we slept well. Cons: No welcome package, as we have experienced in other rentals. The condenser on the lanai gave off a lot of heat and made it uncomfortable to sit out there during the day or early evening unless you turn off all of the A/Cs. The condo could use some updates, for example, the screen door to the lanai needs to be replaced, the backsplash in the kitchen and the bathrooms also needs some updating.
