This location is perfect to be able to walk to the beach and all Folly Beach has to offer. The condo was clean and had ample space for our girls trip. The check in process was easy and communication was timely and informative. We loved our stay!

Love the unit and the location. I was not a fan of the key pad to get in. We were not made aware that the area we were to park under was blocked off for painting. Even though I have a few grips I would definitely stay there again.

Since the building is managed separately and we aren’t always given a heads-up about maintenance or projects, we aren’t always able to notify guests in advance, but we do our best whenever we are informed. Perfect location

This stay was an easy walk to the beach and all restaurants. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Shopping and eating were just ateps away. Beach was across the street. Had so much fun. We will be back!!

Beautiful Folly Beach Vacation

We had a great time, very clean great location to the beach and within walking distance to activitites like learning to Surf and Dolphin tour. I would recommend this property anytime.

The unit was great, no issues with the apartment. There was painting and construction at the property. Our parking spots were blocked due to construction, lucky we only brought one car and were able to secure another spot. There was also an severely overflowing dumpster right next to the poolI understand maintaining a beach property requires continuous work, but none of this was disclosed to us.

Glad the unit itself was great! We sincerely apologize for the construction, parking disruption, and dumpster situation during the stay. As we manage individual units, we do not manage the building or its common areas, so unfortunately we are not always made aware of scheduled work or maintenance issues in advance. We understand how frustrating that can be and we will do our best to communicate any known disruptions ahead of future stays. Hope y'all will give us another chance on the Charleston coast!

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view was amazing! The only downside was the sofa was big and not that comfortable for lounging inside. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again next year.

Spring Break at Folly Beach with the Grands

This 3 bed 3 bath was ocean view with great beach access and walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants was perfect

This condo had everything we needed, and the view was exceptional! We were one block in from the beach, but could always see the view. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and truly was a get-away for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

Accommodations were clean and as advertised. Location was excellent. Would stay again. Would not do the beach rental equipment in the future. There are cheaper options locally.

Great stay - perfect location

We had such a lovely extended stay at this property. The location is perfect, the view serene, and the condo was very comfortable for our small family and pets. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, which was great since we were there for so long, but cooking isn't necessary when you're so close to so many great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.
