Great, relaxing spot

Great location, close to lots of nature, restaurants and shopping. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but the accommodations were lovely. We’ll definitely be back!

The name sums it all up Peaceful Bay!! Eveything that was mentioned in the details were provided and or accessible. We stayed during the week so it was extra quiet. We will be back soon!!

First impression was not the best. Room was NOT clean. Hairs on bathroom floor and in bathtub from previous guest. Fake eyelashes near bed and on floor in bathroom.

Beautiful View

The room looked just like the pictures. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. The beach is a short drive away and honestly, Miramar Beach at Sandestin is the best beach. The only reason for the 4 stars is cleanliness. There was sand on the floor, I found a hair in the sheets and the AC didn’t cool like it should. But, I would rent again. The location and view from the balcony made it completely worth it.

Upon arrival at the condo, I noticed the room was warm but the AC was set at a high temperature. I turned down the thermostat for it to cool off. The bathtub had black spots on the bottom of it that appear to be mold from a leaking faucet that I was able to scrub away. The room never cooled off completely. Maintenance was notified after the 3rd night of my 7 night stay regarding the AC unit not working properly and lack of hot water. Maintenance said they would check on the issue but never communicated back. Asked again for service and contacted a second number for the host. Host explained they would have someone out the next day to repair the AC unit. At this point the AC unit was unplugged and there was not any further communication until I reached out again. On my final day of checkout, the host, after my reaching out yet again, communicated that the AC unit needed to be replaced. I would not recommend this location unless serious improvements are made by their management team. Be cautious before booking with this host or 30ASeascapes.

Family get away

This location is great for small families! We wanted to take our boys on their last vacation before school started back up. This was a perfect place, with shopping and entertainment near by. There is a process to getting into the neighborhood, just a heads up.
