This 100+ year old charming row house offers a scenic front porch and beautiful backyard English garden w/brick patio where you enjoy the sounds of the extraordinary USNA Chapel. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.

This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

Great location, you can walk just a couple of blocks down to the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. The owner had everything you need in this VRBO, but we did go buy wash cloths. We enjoyed this VRBO and when we come back, hopefully it will be available.

This house is a favorite of ours, we love the proximity to the Naval academy for visits with our Mid. The house provides us with ample space and amenities and is always super clean.

This house is in a wonderful location relative to town and the Naval Academy. The house is lovely and was very comfortable for all 6 of us. Clean, spacious, and great bedding. The garden is beautiful. Arranging for parking on the street was great.

We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this home away from home - it was beautiful and the location was perfect - so close to downtown - we were able to walk everywhere!

What a beautiful historic Annapolis home! Perfect weather allowed us enjoy both the large garden -like backyard and front porch ( for people watching) The location is ideal for walking to USNA, the waterfront, DTA and its many restaurants, cafes and shops. Mike was a wonderful host who quickly replied to any questions we had.Thank you Mike, we hope to return!

Absolutely perfect property for our family on Plebe Parents’ Weekend! We were able to easily walk to the Yard to get our plebe each day, and the house has all the comforts that allowed our daughter to rest and feel at home. Mike was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Can’t say enough good things!

Perfectly Walkable

Our group had an excellent time staying in this home. The space is even larger than expected from pictures. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, perfectly cool from the summer heat, and steps away from charming stores and historic sites. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Annapolis.

Beautiful and clean home, steps from USNA- highly recommended

We have stayed at this property multiple times since we have a son at the Naval Academy. This place is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and they go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special- we will be back.

Amazing Location, Exactly what we needed.

Staying at this location was a great escape. We were celebrating a retirement and had a great time. The space is beautiful and homey, and is only a 5 minute walk to the pier entertainment and restaurant district. Would highly recommend to anyone else, whether it be a spouse retreat, a stay for a Navy football game, or just a couple of friends who want to see beautiful Annapolis.

GREAT LOCATION

We really enjoyed the home. Location was perfect ! Was able to park car for entire weekend and walk to town / dinner and all over. Great home for two couples or a family. If we return we would stay here again.
