This 100+ year old charming row house offers a scenic front porch and beautiful backyard English garden w/brick patio where you enjoy the sounds of the extraordinary USNA Chapel. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.

This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

This is a lovely home, beautifully furnished, in a perfect location for walking to historic Annapolis sights. The garden is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Would highly recommend this home.

Our stay was amazing - we walked to USNA to visit our mid, and were also able to walk downtown and do things in DTA. Mike was an amazing host and very quick to reply to questions. The check in was so easy - we loved our time here!

This house is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, and the naval academy. Our host took great care of us. And the backyard was a beautiful spot to start the day with coffee or end it with a glass of wine!

We visited Annapolis for PPW, and this house was perfect for our family of 4. The location, just outside Gate 3, and a quick walk to DTA restaurants and shops, was unbeatable. The home is very nicely updated, the air conditioning worked great (which was crucial the weekend we were there), and communication with the host was fantastic. I booked specifically for the outdoor space, which was very charming, but we unfortunately did not use it due to incredibly hot and humid outdoor temps. We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting USNA.

Great location, you can walk just a couple of blocks down to the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. The owner had everything you need in this VRBO, but we did go buy wash cloths. We enjoyed this VRBO and when we come back, hopefully it will be available.

This house is a favorite of ours, we love the proximity to the Naval academy for visits with our Mid. The house provides us with ample space and amenities and is always super clean.

Had a great time - the location was perfect!

We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this home away from home - it was beautiful and the location was perfect - so close to downtown - we were able to walk everywhere!

We had a great time staying at Mike’s! My daughters (9 & 11) and I stayed there for about one week and it felt like a home. It was very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Parking was included with the rental and it was very easy to find a place on the same block. It is an older row home and decorated with a maritime/Naval Academy theme….the kitchen has everything you need. Mike was also very responsive to any messages I sent. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This house is in a wonderful location relative to town and the Naval Academy. The house is lovely and was very comfortable for all 6 of us. Clean, spacious, and great bedding. The garden is beautiful. Arranging for parking on the street was great.

Perfect Stay

This home was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location and very well kept. This will be the first place we look to book next time we go back to Annapolis.
