This 100+ year old charming row house offers a scenic front porch and beautiful backyard English garden w/brick patio where you enjoy the sounds of the extraordinary USNA Chapel. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.

This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

Perfect!

I visited my midshipman and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Very comfortable & spacious-yet not too big. It was as if we were home. Location was awesome. Mike was great with immediate communication-especially in preparing us with info well before our check in day! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean home, steps from USNA- highly recommended

We have stayed at this property multiple times since we have a son at the Naval Academy. This place is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and they go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special- we will be back.

Amazing Location, Exactly what we needed.

Staying at this location was a great escape. We were celebrating a retirement and had a great time. The space is beautiful and homey, and is only a 5 minute walk to the pier entertainment and restaurant district. Would highly recommend to anyone else, whether it be a spouse retreat, a stay for a Navy football game, or just a couple of friends who want to see beautiful Annapolis.

Our house of choice when in Annapolis

Home is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and location is perfect near the Academy. We stayed to drop our son off for induction day, then came back for parents weekend and plan to stay once a month to visit. Owner is responsive and professional. We highly recommend this property.

Great house!

Great house! Perfect location. The only negative is that the shower is difficult to get into. If you have a disabled or elderly person, this is a challenge.

Just like home

Stayed in this property for 2 nights on a quick family trip to Annapolis for the Military Bowl. This was a very comfortable historic rowhouse near the Naval Academy and the Annapolis downtown. Our family of 4 with 2 college age teens all had plenty of room to be comfortable, and spread out. the surrounding neighborhood was very walkable and safe,.

Amazing stay and owner!!!

Best stay I’ve ever had!!! This property was amazing from the booking, communications, and overall property!!! Our family loved everything about it and the owner was the most responsive ever. The details, including availability of paper products made this easy! We HIGHLY recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Great Place

John's place worked out perfectly for our quick trip to Annapolis for I-Day. The house was perfect for our 4 person family and had everything we needed. The cute backyard was a bonus and provided a nice place for us to relax in the evening. John was wonderful at communicating and was even able to secure parking in front of the house...a huge benefit if you've ever tried to find parking in Annapolis. Certainly plan to stay here again!

Mike has an amazing space that is easily walkable for events at the Academy. We went for my son's wedding and the spot was perfect for our needs. Mike was responsive before the trip and during to all our needs. There was even coffee and wine waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely return!

2023 commissioning week

Lovely location. Walking distance to DTA. The home was clean and had all the kitchen items necessary to feel at home. I would highly recommend. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Delightful stay in the heart of Annapolis

What a delightful stay! Mike was incredibly helpful before and during the stay, answering all my questions and going out of his way to help. The house was perfectly clean, with room for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equippd with everything we need. The garden is beautiful and the location could not be better for a St John's College commencement. We were literally a few doors from the college. Perfect!

Wonderful property, wonderful host!

We stayed at this perfectly located house for a weekend with my husband and two young kiddos. The host was exceptional at communicating with us, including super helpful info regarding the parking situation. The house is adorable, and so clean! We had everything we needed, from coffee waiting to brewed to delightfully soft towels. We all slept so well, and after the kids went to bed at night my husband I could sit on the big front porch (where we befriended the next door neighbor) or relax in the surprisingly deep bricked back garden. We could hear the national anthem playing each morning and church bells (but not too loud) all the time. Overall a really great experience in a wonderful little city!

GREAT LOCATION

We really enjoyed the home. Location was perfect ! Was able to park car for entire weekend and walk to town / dinner and all over. Great home for two couples or a family. If we return we would stay here again.

5-Star Property, 6-Star Host!

Having stayed in Annapolis many times, tough to beat this location. Just outside USNA Gate 3, easy/quick walk to almost everything. Also just far enough from the mayhem of city dock area to be quiet. HUGE shout-out to Mike! Best host ever! He was great about staying in touch & being flexible as our flight times changed. Thx again & highly recommend… we will be back!
