Great place to stay. Easy walking to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Easy drive to downtown and airport. Home was spacious. Rooms were a nice size.

The property was in a fantastic location. The pictures are accurate but there is no grill (not listed as an amenity but should also not be advertised in the property photos). It could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. The gate to enter was broken and the tent above the outdoor seating area is torn to shreds.

Great place to stay while visiting San Diego!

Great place near pacific beach. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. Would stay again!

Perfect location!

The property was in a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, Mission Bay and 18 min to the airport!

Girls trip

Great girls trip! Walking distance from the beach and restaurants but also an easy short drive to lots of other attractions. Cute and spacious, perfect for our group.

Superb property

Well kept property with all the amenities of home including large washer and dryer. Spacious bathrooms. Large bedrooms with one king sized master and two queen sized bedrooms. Manager was responsive to our needs when asked. Location was central to Pacific Beach and a short drive to all desired locations. We'll gladly stay here again!

Overall great place

We loved staying here for our family trip! My only complaint is the check - in time is kinda late (4:00) and we had to sit out and wait 20 more minutes because the house cleaners were not done. Other than that, everything else was great! The property manager is super friendly and helpful :)

Nice, updated rental in PB

Nice, updated rental unit in PB. Very clean and modern. The only issue was with finding the unit in the dark. The instructions stated to find the brown garages and the unit #, the garages were white and no unit number. No unit numbers on front of house. Very difficult to find and no outside light turned on. But keypad worked wonderfully!

Thought it would be the perfect place.

The property was a perfect place for me and family. I have a son that lives 4blocks from the home. Was great for enjoying our time in San Diego and so close to family felt like we would return frequently. Until or first full day the outside of the unit was scheduled to be power washed with no Warning. Windows, doors closed not able to enjoy the beautiful patio areas was also a little strange being inside the unit trying to host family, while windows, doors and outer of the unit being power washed. Ok so move to last full day and night without notice maintenance starts taping all doors and windows handrails And covering with plastic the outside at 7:30 in the morning as we come out of the unit our rental cars in danger of getting paint sprayed all over it because they’re going to paint the outside of the unit this goes on for the entire last day and night cannot have windows and doors open miserably hot when Messaging the host of what’s going on. The only resolution we got was we’re very sorry we were not notified my family and I lost two full days and a night of our vacation. I want to say this is not the property owners fault. It is the fault of the property management their last response to me was hope you enjoyed your vacation, let us show you other properties in the area that you can rent again on your next vacation. Hopefully, we can make it up to you then.Not acceptable, Cardo property management In the San Diego area will never rent a vacation home to me again.
