With ample room for socializing and quiet time alike, the two-story interior presents all the comforts of home. Vaulted ceilings soar in the open great room, perfect for entertaining and filled with natural light. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and expansive stone counter space.

Relax and restore - all bedrooms feature smart TVs for watching movies under the covers. The plush primary suite provides an oversize shower, while the two guest rooms have direct outdoor access. Additional perks include central AC and a dedicated laundry room for longer stays.

Swampy Floors

The location of this property was its saving grace. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the upstairs bathroom was empty upon checkin, and the downstairs bathroom’s were 1/4 of the way full. We asked for them to be filled as we had 7 people staying and were told that was not included in our stay. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom shower has a huge crack in the tub which lets all the water leak into the downstairs hallway and bedroom. It was a literal swamp. We used all the towels on the floor just to be able to walk during our stay. The water has soaked into the area rug under the bed and you have to step on the soaking wet rug to get into or out of the bed. The maintenance team came out, put another layer of plaster on the crack, and said it was being replaced next week anyway. Funny how previous reviews mentioning this same issue were replied to saying it had been taken care of. Sticking a bandaid on a leak and continuing to charge thousands of dollars in the meantime is NOT a fix. Would not stay here again which is a shame because the location is great.

Family vacation

We had 4 adults and 4 pre teens 😳 and boy did they love it!! The home was very up to date, we had amenities that we didn’t even get to use.. it was close to everything, we could walk to the beach, it was quite when we needed it to be and there was no craziness going on.. we could even see the fire works from our front and back doors!! The only thing that was tough for me was that the kitchen was up stairs (bad knee) but all the bedrooms were perfect, we, all 8 of us very much enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend this as definitely great place to stay.

Falsely represented listing and never made attempts at resolution of issues. Ghosted after check out

We have some things that we would like to talk more about regarding our recent stay. The size/layout and location of the Condo was perfect and comfortable for our larger family. We feel the price was fair for what was advertised. The frustrating part for us was that there was nothing specially stating we could not use the boat docks. The docks were pictured in your listings with no gates or statements about restrictions of use. We only found out about this within 7 days of our arrival date. That was a big part of us picking your property. According to the check in information we were provided this went into affect May 1st. I feel it was wrong to not be notified of this before our second installment was due on June 17th.Another thing for our 5 night stay we were unable to use the second bath which again caused a good amount of inconvenience due to the fact we have a larger family with two small children who would typically need a bath tub. It was clear there was a previous issue of the same manner and reviews that stated they experienced this as well. The repair didn't look to be very professional and clearly didn't hold. The amount of paper products/toilet paper/garbage bags/towels/cleaning supplies was not nearly enough for the amount of guests. Even with laundry machines onsite it was hard to keep up with clean wash clothes/towels. This was the exact message sent to our provide “direct” contact number. There were no attempts to resolve any of these issues.

Falsely advertised property and poor management.

This would have been a 5 star review if there was an attempt to resolve any of our issues. We were only about to use 1 of the full baths when listing was for 2 full baths. Not informed of no dock access until check in info was provided 7 days before arrival date. Reached out to solve these issues before posting anything but no response was given and tried to follow up 5 days after check out and completely Ghosted. Falsely represented and poor management. Typical take your money and run kind of company.

Family vacation with adult children.

The home is very nice in a great area just across the street from the beach so literally walking distance to the beach very spacious very spacious and overall an enjoyable place to stay would definitely come back. Be prepared to bring all your own paper products from toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, because none are supplied.

Conveniently accessible

The only complaints we have was. the floor was filthy walking barefooted or with socks on it will be completely black after pacing around the unit.The showers had clumps of hair left in the drain and hairs all over the sink and bathroom floors.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This location is off the main road and has quick beach access if you don't mind a little walk. Beautiful view of the intercostal waterway. Very relaxing.

Great rental!

This place is great for our family get together. We had plenty of room, nice location, beautiful house! The only thing I had a problem with was cleanliness of the beds. Pulled the sheets back and there was hair and food in the bed! Contacted management and they did send someone out to change. This was great for my family!

Overall, great find!

Fantastic location very responsive customer service. (The island lost power at 1:30 am and the property manager responded to our texts immediately.) However, the unit could be better stocked. You’ll want to bring your own basics: paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, beach towels, detergent, coffee filters, etc.

Great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would book this home again. The pool is located at the end of the building and the beach was a short three minute drive away. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was equipped with all of the basic cookware including a coffee pot. We also enjoyed the collection of beach toys provided.

Short Title

The place was nice overall and the view was pretty nice as well but my only complaint was the washer and dryer leaving dirt marking on our clothes but other than that everything was great

Beautiful home!

This house was absolutely perfect, my husband and I went with our 5 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone! It’s close to the beach, and close to Walmart/publix for those last minute items that you may have forgotten! It was very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen has appliances and utensils. There is a balcony on the second floor with glass railings and you can sit out and enjoy the view of the water!

Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood

This townhome is very spacious and clean with an amazing view of the bay. The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. There are some beach toys and chairs in the garage. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk and has plenty of space to set up a spot for the day. Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, a small putt putt golf course and ice cream shop is also within walking distance. The Gulf Restaurant and a couple of beach shops are directly across Hwy 98. We really enjoyed the location and quiet neighborhood.
