The unique floorplan offers 2 master suites (one king, one queen) both with en-suite bathrooms, while 2 other rooms (2 twins, trundle, extra mattress,futon and 1-queen) share the 3rd bath. You will also appreciate the large, attached 3-car garage and side parking for all your water/land toys
We are located on a wide street in a safe section of town named Sunridge Estates. Close proximity to all Laughlin/Bullhead has to offer. Less than 10-minute drive to fishing, boating, gambling, restaurants, Katherine Landing, Davis Camp, hiking, off-road adventures and more.

My family and I have enjoyed Lake Mohave my whole life, and the right time came to purchase our own home. We love the idea of spending time together as a family, as well as enjoying all the area has to offer. This house is unique because of the the 2-master floor plan, as well as the large driveway and close proximity to the lake.
