Surfside is literally a block away from the beach and you have an ocean view from the balcony. This property is clean and had everything we needed. We loved the game room, the outdoor space and the elevator was quite useful. The master suite and the walk-in shower was spectacular! We would definitely return if we come back to Jacksonville one day.

Surfside was so close to beach. Beach items were a great help. Umbrellas and chairs in good condition. Appreciated the coffee pods and coffee condiments. Large bathroom was so delightful.

Beautiful, clean home...with a nice view of the water and a short walk to beach. Very nice quality bedding and loved the master suite/bath! User friendly kitchen... well stocked with cooking utensils. Elevator a godsend for groceries going upstairs!

A quick winter getaway at the beach

Beautiful and very comfortable home that was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen, dining, living room area was the perfect venue for quality time together. Loved being steps away from the beach for family walks.

We Loved it Here!

Such a beautiful property! We truly felt right at home. The furnishing details were so thoughtfully done, and we practically lived on the porch the entire stay. There isn’t much of a yard, but who needs one when the beach is right there and the porch feels like heaven? The home had so many great touches, from the light dimmers throughout the house to the electric shades on the porch. The elevator was also a huge hit with the kiddos. The location was fantastic, especially for those familiar with Jacksonville Beach. Ivona was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated all of her kindness and communication. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house

This is a terrific house. It worked very well for me and my wife as we had an appointment at Mayo Clinic but also wanted to enjoy the beach.
