3 BLOCKS to the Beach Access! Come Stay at this Completely Renovated and Updated Coastal Modern3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Pool home in South Jacksonville Beach, just a3 Block walk to the beach access or enjoy Pool in the private fenced back yard. This home has lots of comfort with2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed in the 3 bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses and High end design will make this place feel like a Vacation no matter what your reason for visiting. Beds for 6 people but there is a Air Mattress and Sofa for up to 8 total Guest. Max Guestis 8 people, recommended for 6.
8 Min Drive to Mayo Clinic and 7 min drive to the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, 20-25 min to Downtown
This home offers everything you need for comfortable stay including all linens, shampoo, body wash, Hairdryers,Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Coffee Pot & Keurig, Hot Water Kettle, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside has a private fenced backyard with, Salt Water Pool, pool deck, outdoor shower, andloungers. TV's in the Living Room and Bedrooms, Living Room has all cable channels and the bedroom TV's are all wired for streaming services.
Enjoying the Beach; Beach Chairs and towels are available for guest at the house at no charge. In addition, Beach Life Rentals can offer delivery on Beach Chairs and Umbrellas and set them up and take them away for you on the beach for the 37th Ave S Beach Access. They also have Bikes and fishing gear for delivery if you want rent additional items or have your beach spot set up for you.
We also have The Blue Cabana Jax Beach home that is 50 Feet from Beach Access with Ocean Views
Location:This home is close to Butler Blvd (202) and A1A in South Jax Beach. 7-10 min to Mayo Clinic, 25 min to Downtown Jax and the Stadium, VyStar Arena,30 Min to St Augustine, 40 to the St Augustine Amphitheater,35 Min to JAX airport, 8 Min (4.5miles) to Sawgrass/TPC, 2 Minutes to Trader Joe's and 5 Minutes to Publix and Target
Please Read:The Pool can be heated to 85 degrees as long as temperatures are above 65 degrees outside during the day at No additional charge. If Temperatures drop below 65 degrees the heater will be turned off and this will NOT change the cancelation policy. This would be the same with any heated pool. The pool heater is to accommodate a longer swim season in certain months when daytime temps are warmer. It is subject to the weather. Guest will swim at their own Risk. A toddler fence is available at the home to be set upby guest if needed for additional safety.

We would use this place again. Great location and close to good grocery stores like Trader Joes. Walking distance to the beach.

Work trip

There were three guys that stayed during a work trip and loved the house. Would stay again and recommend, reached out to host when needed something and they were right on it.

Fleas in one of the bedrooms bit our wrists and ankles so we had to use one of the other bedrooms which did not have fleas. Dog feces in the yard which we stepped in. Owner 1 hour late to answer us to get in the front door. No solutions from owner, only denials. We will not be returning.Beds comfortable. good location & near everything.

Appreciate the feedback, but there was no denial. I gave an early checkin at no charge at was unable to answer my phone for an hour. I responded immediately once I saw the call. Regarding the “fleas”, no one before and no one after has complained. I normally do not allow pets but one family just before was in tough situation. This was not mentioned to me until check out and I had the home treated out of an abundance of caution. I have hundreds of 5 star reviews over 9 years of owning extremely nice properties.

Recommended.. Safe neighborhood, unit was well maintained and clean. It had every amenity we could ask for. The pool was wonderful to use and drink coffee next to in the morning. Some of the things I took note of were plenty of seating by the pool, Dyson vacuum to clean up any of our messes, coffee maker, shampoo/body soap dispensers in the shower and plenty of items to make the pool more enjoyable (water guns, noodles, etc). The unit really had everything we needed to be a home away from home.
