Peaceful serenity is yours at our new beach house as you step out the back door into a tropical paradise. Be the 1st to enjoy this Oasis offering a resort style zero-entry pool, spa, travertine deck w/ plenty of space for outdoor grilling/dining while only steps from the beach! The Master Suite, w/ fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and deck overlooks the pool. The home sleeps 10 comfortably & welcomes large family dinners in the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Step into a world of sun, sea and luxury.

For additional safety, we do have a security camera on the front porch aimed at the driveway/street and a security camera in the back yard aimed at the back gate/driveway.

William was a phenomenal host! He was very responsive and helpful no matter what my question was. This property was a perfect place for our two kids and our four grandchildren to reunite after a long period of time. Having such a beautiful space, pool, and being g close to the beach, priceless. The house was spotless! Thank you soooo much.

This is a great house for staying in the area. You can literally get to many great restaurants in 5 min or less and the walk to the beach is only 2 minutes. The pool and hot tub are in great shape and the pool furniture was nice as well. They even got us an umbrella on wheels we could get to any chair for some added shade in the afternoons. There is a chair rental place right at the beach and for 50 per day you can get 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily. The hosts were great and the place is exactly as described and in great shape; they have really done a great job updating the place. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Whether hanging at the beach or by the pool, this house has it all.

Tropical Oasis in Jax Beach was a Beautiful getaway! It was within easy walking distance to the beach. We flew in from PDX, and the hosts kindly allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later to accommodate our flight schedule, such a Blessing!

Great pool and location…six houses to the beach I think. Beautiful home, plenty of space. The only gripe we had was the grill wouldn’t light for the 4th of July BBQ…but I reached out to the owner and I have 100% confidence they’ll fix that. Really enjoyable place for R&R for a week….would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

The property was excellent. Just needed 3-4 more kitchen trash bags.Location was fantastic!!Accommodations was pleasant, roomy and very comfortable. Loved it!!

Jacksonville vacation

The house is in a great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house worked perfect for our family of 10. The pool is very nice. We had some pump issues and the owner was very quick to get the pool guy out to fix it. We will be going back in the future.

This is the third time our family has stayed at the house. We always have a wonderful time. It is clean and comfortable. Great, well stocked kitchen. Love, love, love the porch and pool. Had a problem with the gate locks. Owner responded quickly to resolve.

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Big Family!

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. It comfortably fit our family of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was very clean upon arrival and fully furnished which made our stay easy and stress-free.The only minor issue was the BBQ grill, which is in need of replacement, but we understand things wear out with use, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.If we find ourselves back in this area, we will absolutely rent this home again. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located beach house!

Overall great stay!

Our stay at this home was amazing. It is a minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to a bunch of amazing restaurants and coffee shops! The house itself was very clean and had everything you would for your stay. The host was very helpful and responsive when we would message him. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend!

Great house for family vacation!

Our family consisting of adults, teens, and 3 children ages 7,5, and 16 months vacationed here and had a great time! The location to the beach is perfect. Just a minutes walk and easy to come back and forth. The pool was perfect for all the kids and was clean and just warm enough. Everything we needed in the house was provided (except we couldn’t find a can opener!). We had a wonderful stay and we’re very happy with the property!

Tropical oasis

Tropical oasis was perfect for our large family! The pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. It was a short walk to the beach until they started dredging but we made the best of it. That was no fault of the property owner. The property owner was great! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Home and Owners

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. The homeowners were readily available to answer questions and made sure we were satisfied. We took our adult children and young grandchildren on this trip. For the most part, we remained at the house both cooking and lounging by the pool. They had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation that afforded us lots of time to enjoy our family. I would definitely recommend and would certainly return again.
