Family get together at St. Augustine, FL

Our family loved the house and it’s thoughtful stocking of amenities to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The location was ideal, close to the beach and town. One of the best vacation experiences our family has had.

The PINK house is AWESOME!

We had a great visit at the PINK house. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and over stocked with everything you need for a great time! I would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed the pool and ping pong table and the Supply of pool and beach gear. The yard was secure for our service dogs. Overall the house was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a comforter between the sheets and (very) thin quilt on the beds. Pillows and mattress were really comfortable. Noise from A1A was not an issue but should be noted as the property is right on this road. Thanks for the last minute booking!!

A little get away

We loved our stay at this property. Felt like home..Great space upstairs and downstairs. Balconies are a great bonus. Close to everything. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The light house is a must see. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. Thank you to our host.

There are only 5 bedrooms not 6 and one is a pull out sofa bed. Everything else was great. Great host!

Great getaway!

Property managers were very responsive. We did encounter ants in the kitchen. Also floors were dirty so we had to wear shoes the entire time.

Family Bike Week

We were excited about this property the moment we found it. Our expectations were definitely met and exceeded. The personal touches that welcomed us were unexpected but definitely made us feel welcomed. The property turned out to be everything we needed. We had enough parking space for everyone. We were able to put our bikes in the garage at night. Everyone had their own bathroom. We had extra space to work from home, even though we were on vacation. And, the kitchen! It was spacious and modern. Even though it wasn’t quite as warm as we wanted, we still jumped in the pool every day, while our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. We absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to return next year! Thank you Michael and Gia

This is not a 5 bedroom house!!

Surprised when we arrived it is 4 bedrooms with a very uncomfortable hide a bed that we had to make up ourselves. No mattress cover, no place for suitcase, and no closet. Would we have chosen your home if we known one of us would be sleeping on a hide-abed, the answer is no. It should be listed as a 4 bedroom house or take the very uncomfortable hide-abed out and replace it with a queen bed and continue to list it as a 5 bedroom house. It is a lovely home with a great open space on the first floor, truly no need for another sitting area.

Sheryl, we appreciate the feedback - The 5 bedroom layout has always been the layout of the property since we began managing the property over 1-year ago. The breakdown of the bedroom is layout is clearly detailed in the listing. It appears maybe the lack of reading the listing prior to reserving the property could of been your issue. This home has five separate bedrooms and one of the bedrooms has a pull out queen sofa.
