We had a wonderful stay in this cute little cottage! It was exactly as advertised with good parking and convenient to the historic district. Any questions were answered very quickly. It is compact, but perfect for 2 people. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this for our next visit.

It was a wonderful home in the perfect location! The only thing it needs is a little outdoor grill and then it would have everything you could ask for! My doggie loved it too:)

The house was spotless. We arrived before our check-in time, and because the prior tenants left early, we were able to access the rental early. We were able to access everything on foot. We would definitely rent it again.

This was the cutest cottage and the front porch swing drew my attention. For a couple it was everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze. We did have to communicate with the hosts and they were always quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. The location to the Historic District was walkable and that was a plus since parking downtown isn’t easy. We walked almost everywhere! We will definitely stay here again if we ever travel back to St. Augustine!

This stunning, beautifully decorated property was absolutely perfect for my trip to the area—location, location, location! The home was pristine and spotless, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was just a short walk away, including fantastic restaurants, shopping, and so many historic sites. My car stayed parked at home the entire stay. The nearby trolley offered an informative 1-hour and 40-minute tour of the charming historic district, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My pug was completely comfortable here, especially loving the cooler hardwood floors. The fenced-in patio, adorned with beautiful string lights, created a cozy and inviting ambiance perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The home stayed wonderfully cool and refreshing throughout my stay.Megan, the host, was incredibly attentive and made the check-in and check-out process effortless. I appreciated having all the amenities of home at my fingertips (well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee pods and sweeteners, a laundry room, beach supplies). This place is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I visit the area. An exceptional find—highly recommend!

Really cute, quirky cottage! The cottage was very clean, kitchen was tiny, but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Owners were very responsive and check-in process was super simple. It's a little less than half a mile to town, my husband and I are 60s and love to walk so we walked back-and-forth multiple times a day, nice, easy walk, and we felt safe even at night. Cottage was quirky though… no door on the bedroom, but they did provide a curtain for privacy and you access the kitchen through the bedroom.

Great location

Great experience- we stayed for Nights of Lights. The house is perfect for a small family. We were able to easily walk to all the downtown St. Augustine attractions.

Cute and clean

Loved the stay at this property. It was super clean. It has so much charm, much like Saint Augustine! It is not far from downtown, short walk to the shops! Quiet location and you have your own parking! I recommend a stay here!

Communication with the owners/property management people was delightful, they were extremely kind and exceptionally prompt. This place has everything a couple with a dog might need. It was a bit tight for four adults and a dog, but we knew what we were signing up for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
