Super clean and beautifully remodeled, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of San Clemente’s historic seaside village—just steps from world-class dining, boutique shops, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (Mar–Oct). The beach and pier are an easy walk away.

Inside, the condo offers a relaxed beachy atmosphere with all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, large smart TVs, music speakers throughout, a queen sofa bed in the living room, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, and access to a secure onsite washer/dryer. A mini-split AC in the common area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is left open.

Step outside to a small private deck with bar seating and a peek-a-boo ocean view—perfect for morning coffee, sunset relaxation, or simply people-watching along Avenida Del Mar.

We provide everything you need for the perfect coastal stay, including:

This was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 4. The kids were very comfortable on the pull out couch and the master was perfect. This place has everything you could want to spend a few days on the beach! Right on the main road, steps from the restaurants and shops! We will be back!

Clean, cute, good AC, close to evening. Only issue there is NO parking. Big cars in the driveway for the other units make getting in and out tough.

This place was perfect for my husband and me to have a couple nights away celebrating our anniversary. The furnishings and details in the condo were very nice and well thought out. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and they even left us drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine to enjoy when we arrived! The only down side was not having a designated parking spot, but once we found a place on the street adjacent to the condo we left the car there for the weekend and walked everywhere…the beach/pier, the restaurants, and shopping. It is so nice that the condo is in the heart of downtown San Clemente and close to everything. We would definitely come back!

Cathy and Peter have thought of everything… They were above and beyond responding if I had a question. I willdefinitely want to stay again at a property they manage. The location could not be more ideal or convenient for walking to bakeries, restaurants, shopping and of course The Beach! This is a wonderful spot! We loved the condo! Super cute and comfortable. We couldn't believe the hosts' exceptional hospitality, providing beach chairs and supplies. We used the bikes too. The location is ideal for everything. Quiet but right in the mix of where you'll want to be.
