Great location in a cute neighborhood, especially if you want to take your dog to the beach. Parking is tricky but not impossible. The house was clean and very well stocked with linens, etc. I would definitely come back!

Had a great stay. We were there for the DayTrip festival. Place was immaculate. Area was safe and quiet. Parking sux, but, that isn't the hosts fault. It's just a dumb Long Beach thing. Lol I recommend them. Place is literally a block from the ocean and dog park. Thanks again!

Tracy was awesome and left flowers and cupcakes for my wife’s birthday and also let us stay longer during check out.The house is very nice with full kitchen and extra wall bed. Location is perfect too, 5 min walk from Belmont shore downtown and 5 min walk to the beach.

Very cozy house and bigger than the pictures show. Full equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals, very well located, just a short walk to the beach or the second street where you can find all kind of restaurants and coffee shops. There was plenty of towels and fresh linen in the apartment. Everything was super clean and neat. Do yourself a favor and stay here in your next vacation. The area is very quiet, and the people is very friendly. All and all a great laid-back vacation by the ocean.

This was a great location, perfect for a vacation with our children and dog. This is a block from the beach which gets you to both dog and non dog beach access. It is also close to many great places to eat, everything easy walking distance. I was nervous about the parking due to the holiday weekend but honestly was not an issue, we were able to come and go and needed, just required some longer walks at times, but all within reason. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the cooking items and serving items for making as our meals as needed. Not usually something I care about but the TV was great for the world cup games! We had a issue right as we arrived but as others mentioned, the neighbors next door are super friendly and helpful, resolved issue quickly so we were fine the rest of our stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This rental was just what we needed to enjoy some time away with our dogs. Location is perfect and so close to Rosie’s Dog Beach and in walking distance of so many things.

Nice place and convenient location

The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Reasonable price and really convenient location. Quiet and calm neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Belmont shores vrbo

Wonderful location with easy access to dog beach. Recently renovated apartment which was very comfortable. Parking is a nightmare which is the only drawback.

Relaxing!

Wonderful place! Park and just walk the area, 3 min walk to dog beach and 4 min walk to downtown with so many wonderful restaurants! I so enjoyed myself with my little JoJo! And the neighbors are very nice!!

You can hear the shore..

We had a good time here, with few stains on the property. It is near the beaxh, just a bloxk away.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and decorated which really made it feel cozy and like home. Great location; close to the beach and shops and restaurants!! This rental had everything we could need and more!! The kids got a kick out of sleeping on the Murphy bed. We loved this place and were sad to have to leave. Hopefully we can be back soon!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

2 blocks from the Dog Beach and easy walk to Belmont Shores downtown area

Short walk to everything including eating, shopping and the Dog Beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Tracey checked in to make sure we have everything we needed. Parking is tough, but not horrible meaning we were within a block or two of the property. Thanks!

You can’t beat the location, which really is the reason to stay here. The living room furniture is a bit outdated and the bedroom is a little tight, but honestly…you’ll be there so little of the time, this place is just fine. Communication to check in was perfect, but I never heard from the host again…even after asking a couple of questions and sending a message about departure. I guess that didn’t really matter as we didn’t have any real critical issue. Hoping they are ok. A few blocks to the beach…a few blocks to 2nd street. (Restaurants, bars) Love staying in Belmont Shore!!

Good location poorly maintained

My wife and I stayed at this quaint apartment in the Long Beach area for a short stay-cation. The location was perfect. However, the overall maintenance of the unit was sub par. The apartment had a moldy smell when we first entered. The kitchen floor was sticky which told us that it was dirty. The bed seemed smaller than the queen size that was advertised. The shower head holder was broken.

cutting down my commute

Cute little apartment. Good location for walking to town. The remotes need to be fixed one was melted and neither really worked. The bed also needs a topper or replace the mattress. It sags with no support.

Location was amazing, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Street parking was not a problem. We couldnt check in until 4 but waited to 430 and upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and in the bathtub, bed sheets not changed, bed not made, dirty/used blankets on the couch. I called and texted the host with no response. We loaded all our bags back into the car and not sure how to proceed. One hour after first attepmts to get ahold of the host, I called again. She did answer and told me the unit had been cleaned and after I told her I took pictures she said she would send someone over. When we went back there was a Windex bottle and dirty paper towels on the table in the bedroom. I am not opposed to cleaning up after me, but I am not going to clean someone else's germs. The host did not seem concerned and offered nothing for our inconveniences. You can guarantee if you're late to check out, you're going to get charged extra, but nothing if you're inconvenienced and cannot check in at your reserved time. I understand sometimes people run late, but no communication was made to let us know. At the end of the day, we still had a good time, just a heads up you might not get in when you're supposed to and the unit may not have been cleaned.

I arrived in early morning hours & out of fear of breaking the lock box, I called the host, Tracey..She answered & walked me through it, me being an extremely tired stressed lady. She even said she lived close & would come over- but there was nothing wrong with the lockbox, it really was just my fear of breaking it & never getting in. I unlocked a cool home, the most important thing on the list for my dog- and ac's in long Beach are hard to come by. It's a portable one, but it worked great, my dog was very comfortable. I was there for a convention and Tracey offered me to stay an extra day at no charge. Amazing and so sweet. Really made my Monday schedule easy. I thought the place was much larger than the photos. My friends and I stayed in the living room together. Lots of space. I would love to stay again.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Parking is tough but we used Lyft so no impact to us. The location was as described and definitely suited our needs. Would recommend
