Southwinds C14 Located in an Oceanfront Complex with Ocean Views

Ocean View! Southwinds C14 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo located on the 3rd floor. Unit has views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service, linens, and admin fee. Trip insurance is optional and available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

Favorite beach and location

The condo was great! It was just as described and perfectly clean. The linen service is a big plus too. The manager was quick to respond and check in was simple.

Beach paradise

Loved the location of the complex. The beach was not crowded at all and we were so close to Morehead city and restaurants. Clean, beautiful view and quick walk to beach. No elevator so pack accordingly.

Overall this is a wonderful property. Easy walk to beach and pools, quiet with beautiful grounds and a great view. The condo itself has been partially updated and was very clean. The only negatives were that the unit could use a furniture and linen refresh and the kitchen could use more/better utensils/dinnerware/cookware. With that said we made due and have a very enjoyable vacation. Thank you for sharing your property and we will definitely consider returning!

Review of C-14 in Southwinds condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was unhappy with the location of the condo, I thought it would be closer to the beach with a view. The condo was very small. The worst thing was the the lack of a elevator.

Well located condo with beautiful beach

Great get away!
