The ultimate beach house. Situated in one of the highest points of the island, there are 360 degree views of the water. Upscale casual decor. Full kitchen with luxury Viking appliances upstairs, kitchenette downstairs with microwave, sink, and refrigerator/freezer drawers. Multiple living spaces make it perfect for sharing. You are above it all while being just a short drive to town and beaches. Outdoor shower, 2 bbqs, beach equipment/lawn games/fire pit complete this private property…Bliss!

Exactly As Advertised

This house was perfect for our stay - 10 people including children. It is as beautiful as the photos show, and the location was perfect for us, away from the din of the town or the beach but close enough to both to get there quick. There is enough elbow room in both the house and on the property to make you feel like you're at your own "place." The views are wonderful, the sunsets majestic. Everything you need for a great island vacation is here.

Awesome Piece of Property

This beautiful home has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing get away to Block Island. A quiet, peaceful location. A huge yard to enjoy and views that go on forever. It's large enough to accommodate a large family yet offers many spots for privacy. The kitchen area is roomy for a few "chefs" to prep dinner and two separate living rooms allow comfortable gathering spaces. Julia was very responsive to inquiries. We enjoyed two weeks of bliss on Block Island and hope to return to this home again next year! 🌞💕🌊👌

A Memorable Family Vacation on Beautiful Block Island

We had 3 generations in our family - ranging in age from 1 year to 86! The layout of the house could not have been more perfect. The downstairs was ideal for our daughter's family and 3 children. Our adult generations enjoyed the main floor. The kitchen lacked for nothing - and we did a lot of cooking - including lobster 3 times! You cannot find a better location for the vistas in every direction. We counted 5 outside areas for Happy Hour, moving each day to a new vista. We let the owner know of a few things amiss and she's at work in correcting them. We will always look back on our time here as special in every way,
