Absolutely loved everything about this amazing cottage. We were so close to so many beaches and activities so even when we had some bad weather a few of the days we had so many options. Kids loved staying here and very easy to relax. Loved the outside area as well. The yard, fire pit, outdoor shower and deck were such a nice bonus!! We will definitely making this a yearly stop for our family!!!

The house was absolutely fantastic! I wish we could have used the backyard, but it rained every day we were there. Sean and Jenn recommended some great places to go in the rain with our toddler such as the library and the Children’s Museum. The house is in a great central location to visit all over the Cape, close to the ocean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood.Next time we visit Cape Cod, we’ll try to get this house again if it’s not already booked!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! We stayed for a week in late July and had everything we needed for beaching and exploring nearby. The beach chairs and other items provided were a very nice touch that we appreciated. We kayaked, beached, and tried several restaurants along the Cape. This house was very conveniently located to visit many things!

Loved the size of the kitchen! Beds were comfortable. The outside shower and firepit were great. Lights around the fence added so much, to the outside , sitting out at night and enjoying the fresh air of the cape!

Highly recommend this rental! Jenn was very communicative and shared clear, simple instructions for check in and check out. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was really convenient to have laundry and beach accessories available. Overall, the cottage was clean, cozy, and a great home base as we explored the Cape!

The Squeeze Inn was the perfect place for our family vacation this summer! We especially loved how clean and cozy it was. Jenn was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Excellent place and would totally recommend it. The owners are available and very friendly. The house is kept very clean and is in a great area. Plus it’s a short walk to the beach!

We loved Squeeze Inn

Jenn was super helpful and the house was exactly what our 4-person family needed to explore the Cape from Barnstable to Chatham. The heavy-duty wagon in the shed was incredible for Mayflower Beach - thank you! We had a great stay and hope to be back soon.

Perfect as usual!

We chose the Squeeze Inn for the 4th time and did not regret it! The place is sparkling clean, cozy, and in perfect location. The host is very friendly and accommodating!

Perfect place to explore Cape Cod

Such a cute and welcoming home in Yarmouth! It’s close to grocery, great restaurants and beaches. Owner, Jenn, is super attentive and a great communicator! It was so nice to stay in a home with kitchen, laundry and great backyard!!

Cozy Cottage

Perfect size for two adults and a toddler. Everything was as described and communication with host was easy. Great location for different activities in the mid cape area and great dining nearby.

Jenn was a wonderful host and very communicative! Best part of the VRBO was hands down the well stocked beach gear (wonderful with 2 kids 10 and under) and location! Strange that beach towels were not provided but nevertheless was indicated in the listing so no fault there, but would’ve made traveling easier. Communication was wonderful with Jenn—always quick and polite! Cottage was for the most part also clean and cozy—was on the border of being a bit too small for 4 of us, but we managed. Our only complaints were relegated to the condition of the cottage itself. Flooring (laminate?) was splitting/breaking in several areas and a mildew smell permeated the place, especially if using the A/C. A dehumidifier might’ve addressed, but did not see one on the property.Hopefully those things get addressed to make future stays a bit more comfortable. Thanks for having us!

I’m so sorry we fell short perfect stay for your family! The floor is on our to-do list this year. There is a dehumidifier mode on the mini split (heat/ac unit). All the rain we’ve had coupled with the humidity can make it really damp sometimes. I will remind guest to use the dehumidifier mode in our welcome letter moving forward. Thank you for the feedback!

Clean and Cozy Stay

House was perfect for the three of us! Location made it easy to quickly access different towns, beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. Back yard was fenced in and nice for the little to run around in.

Squeeze Inn

We had a great stay at the Squeeze Inn. Jenn was so responsive if we had any questions before and during our stay. The house was just as described and super clean and nicely decorated. The area was great too and close to everything. Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!
