The house had everything we needed and everyone was extremely comfortable. The only thing was the basement doesn’t have AC, so I would be aware of this in the summer months. Overall, would stay again!

Great Getaway

Lovely stay in Southampton!

A group of friends and I stayed for a long weekend in June and had a fabulous time. We particularly loved the tennis courts, pool, and proximity to the beach! The house was well stocked with anything you could need and we would definitely rent again

Fantastic house for week in the Hamptons

Fantastic stay at this house. Location was perfect for trips to town or the many beaches. The pool and outdoor space was terrific. House was very comfortable. Kevin was a super responsive host and very easy-going. It all made for a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation!

2nd summer at this house

2nd summer at this house . Kevin is an excellent host . The kitchen is stocked with any utensils you could ever want including tons of dishes , bowls, trays and the list goes on and on . My family and I loved the pool and barbecued many times. Loved every minute and hope to return next summer .

Summer Family Experience

The house was very nice with comfortable and spacious rooms. The great room, I.e.,kitchen, dining and living room, was a plus. There were some concerns, however. The wall functioning as a guardrail between the upstairs and downstairs great room is too low and very risky for young active children. The basement which is nicely finished has no air conditioning.There were fans, but you couldn’t open the windows because the screens didn’t fit. With a three hour torrential downpour the basement became flooded and required professional attention. The pool was a positive although the surrounding woodworking needs updating.

Perfect Hamptons Getaway!

Couldn't have asked for a better spot for our week long getaway to the Hamptons! Pictures don't do this place justice - the house is spacious and has everything you could need and more. The pool was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The peaceful neighborhood yet close proximity to town make this spot a true gem! Kevin was extremely responsive and a great host. Hoping to return again next year!

Incredible stay with lovely amenities

We had an absolute blast with our close friends during the week of the Fourth of July! Clean property with a pool and fully equipped kitchen - what more could you ask for? We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable vacation

Wonderful house and great location. Property manager very helpful. Grandchildren particularly enjoyed the tennis court access and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Family Retrear

Our first Vrbo rental and it was a pleasant surprise. Fully equipped house - the kitchen had everything you could wish for, there were plenty of beds, towels and all the comforts of home. The heated pool was perfect and the location was ideal. Close to all conveniences and a lovely neighborhood to walk in and the community tennis courts are steps away. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and we would definitely rent there again.

Relaxing girls weekend

A little pricey for the place

The place is spacious and neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are some parts of the house that are not so clean especially the bathrooms and the bedcovers of some beds have stains. It seems that the owners of the property really live in the house and vacate only when it is being rented because their personal things are in the garage, drawers and closets. Would have been ok if the things are kept tidy and organized. Also, pool heater took a long time to warm up. Overall, the price is high especially that it is already off season and for the issues we had.

Family getaway

Very easy to rent and great quick communication. The house has 4 bedrooms - one on main floor, two upstairs, and another downstairs in basement. Was very handy for a family weekend. Close to Southhampton and restaurants. The pool was great but no child locks or gates so something to keep in mind with little ones. Some of the lamps in the bedrooms did not work but as it was just for a few nights, we did not stress. Made for a good home base!

Exactly as advertised.

Nice spacious house (even the days we had 10 people it never felt cramped) in a convenient location. Quick access of rt39 made for decreased commutiong time. Quick ride (not really walkable) to town and the LIRR station. 10-15 minute ride from Coopers Beach. House was in good shape, and had all the essentials (In Ground Pool & Grill; roome to eat indoors) Owner was very responsive. Internet went down and he had Optimum there ASAP which was important as one family member was working from home. Wasn't dissappointed with the bang for the buck.

Development has well maintained Tennis Court each owner has KEY, Easy access to rest of Hamptons Towns and Villages. The home boasts an open entertaining floor plan for guest and parties, deck extends entertaining outside with wraparound deck from livingroom to first floor bedroom off bedroom(easy access to pool).
