Gorgeous Property

A group of us friends came into town for a marathon and the property was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and had all amenities we needed and more. And great location!

Great location & property!

We really enjoyed our time in Nashville! The location was awesome and the house was very nice and clean! Just a short walk from 12 South. The host was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend!!

Throughout my lifetime, our family frequently traveled to Nashville TN for mini-vacations. After graduation, I decided to move here to pursue a career. Within a few years, I was married to my wonderful husband Matt and then Nashville became our permanent home. We both appreciate Nashville’s youthful, hip atmosphere and record growth; our family and friends love all of it....great restaurants and fine dining, thriving businesses, entertainment spots, and an upward trending economy. At the same time, we have found Nashville continues to have a small town feel and the locals are so friendly. It's a fun, safe and beautiful city which has so much more to offer.

We chose this home because.....It's CLOSE to everything. We are located in Downtown Nashville.....it’s only a 5-10 minute uber ride to Broadway, The Gultch, Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South and so much more.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My favorite part of our home is that it has a quaint little porch located just outside our kitchen. It's the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning....or, a glass of wine with friends in the evening. We hope you will like it too.
