Amazing property! close to a lot of stuff although did take a short drive to downtown instead of walking. Would def come here again!Very clean and love the rooftop patio!

The door code did not work for us during our stay but we were able to enter through the garage. Some supplies like paper towels, trash bags & dishpods were in boxes in the garage which we had to search for in order to accommodate our stay. The house itself was very nice for our bachelorette trip. Beds are comfy and plenty of room for guests. Overall a good stay

The property was extremely clean and spacious. It worked out great for our group. Would suggest backing into garage if possible as neighbor across from our unit parked outside of their garage making it tight getting out. We walked to Nashville Farmer’s Market and to Detroit Cowboy for dinner but Uber’d to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and the property manager was helpful , but the location was misleading. The TV’s were difficult to use , also the WiFi was not available. Over all it was a nice stay , with a fun atmosphere and a short uber to downtown .

Great place for couples traveling together

Property was fairly close to Broadway - Ubers were always available within a couple minutes. Three bedrooms and baths so no sharing. Well stocked kitchen. Rooftop patio was nice. Property was a very easy drive from the interstate. Property has a garage for convenient parking. Owners provided great communication leading up to and throughout our stay.

Great place to stay near downtown just a quick ride share away

This condo was exactly what me and my 2 other travelling friends needed to enjoy our stay in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. It is not walkable and locals do not recommend walking in this part of town so plan on getting an Uber or Lyft everywhere if you don't rent a car, which isn't a big deal at all. My only feedback/reasons this is 4 stars are as follows: The WiFi never worked, meaning the internet TV's wouldn't work in the bedrooms (we didn't have a ton of time to deal with trying to get it fixed as we were only there morning and late night). Most importantly though the window coverings in 2/3 bedrooms are not sufficient enough to stop morning light from coming in at 6AM. Please invest in some real coverings with blackouts so people can get some good rest after partying on broadway. Otherwise overall the location was great and we really enjoyed it. Also just to note we reported signs of water damage in the living room ceiling and it was not remedied while we were there. Hopefully it is quickly for all future renters. Thanks
