This trendy townhome offers a family room, dining/game area, full kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Please note: Parking is not included, as you are directly in the city center. Location, Location, Location...and outstanding, too!

Stayed at this Vrbo hoping for a convenient location near the Lancaster Convention Center so we wouldn't have to deal with the 3 elevators serving 15 floors at the Penn Marriott.This Vrbo was well beyond what we expected. It was a three story townhome close to the convention center and a few steps from the Southern Market, which is a terrific dining spot with 8 restaurants and a bar in the middle. Home was well appointed, with a reasonable kitchen. Small dining area, but the dining area also had a foosball table which children will find highly entertaining. Two full bathrooms, both on second floor, and one ensuite to the master bedroom.We would absolutely return.

Lovely and comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious and very well decorated. It was conveniently located to many great restaurants and cafes. We very much enjoyed our weekend here!

Awesome Stay and host!

We make a trip every year on the exact same weekend of the year. This year we wanted a place downtown that sleeps 6-8 people. This place was perfect and the experience was flawless! Great communication, well taken care of, clean and met our exact needs. We love to shop downtown, eat at the local restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay close walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants. The property is clean as advertised and comfortable. We love the design choices as well. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Lancaster.

Great Location!

Amazing property, centrally located, and impeccably furnished. Abby is an attentive and pleasant host. I had a minor issue (not requiring immediate attention) with my stay, and she was very accommodating in providing a solution.

Beautiful house

We were in Lancaster for a wedding. This house was in a perfect location for things to do during our stay! Everyone loved the house and a lot of the original charm preserved. Loved it

Weekend trip for a family wedding

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and neat. Loved the set up of the town home. Fit all of our needs perfectly. The bed in the master was super comfy and had everything you would need, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, plenty of clean towels and great sheets on the beds. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Communication with Abby was great as well. I would 100% recommend this property!

Nice stay

We were in town for a college graduation. The location was very central. The townhouse was quiet for a city location. We had a nice stay.

Weekend trip

Stayed with friends and our teens for a basketball tournament in Spooky Nook. Close to the sports complex. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite noisy as it is on a busy street. Some room darkening/insulted curtains would have helped keep the noise down a little, but this shouldn’t deter you. Close to shops and Intercourse, if you want to immerse yourself in the Amish culture.

Great stay in Lancaster

My girlfriends and I had a great stay in Lancaster - the location was central to all that we had planned and the house was very lovely and just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, safe. My only note is about the neighbors and how loud they were, but I lived in a row home for many years in Philadelphia so it was not a shock to me - I can understand the need for sound machines. Would definitely rent from Abby again - thank you!

Great Location, well stocked house.

Visiting family in Lancaster and the house was great. Couldn’t ask for a better location and everything was as advertised. We stayed during the week and got an online parking permit that was only $10 for 5 days. Never had an issue. Would stay there again.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our sons wedding in town and it was absolutely perfect close to everything nice neighbors and place was beautiful. Host answered almost immediately and was extremely helpful we’d definitely stay there again

Great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

Well-decorated brownstone in the heart of Lancaster City, within walking distance of many tasty restaurants and charming shops. A perfect location for anything you’d want to do in the Lancaster city area, especially for adults. Owner is friendly, approachable, and accommodating to guests. The home was perfect for our guests with more room to spare. Each room had a simple and clean look and the owner took great care in making our arrival to the home welcoming. The parking garage is a block away from the home and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Lancaster that doesn’t break the bank this is it.

Great Downtown Townhouse

Good communication from the owner. The house was clean with plenty of room. Everything needed was provided in the exact spot you'd think to look for it. Within reasonable walking distance to almost everything in downtown Lancaster.

This townhouse was perfect for our girls' weekend in Lancaster! It was spotlessly clean, well furnished, and perfectly located. It was exactly as it was pictured in the listing. We loved the combo of historic townhouse and modern style.

Perfect Location and Amenities

We stayed at Abby’s home while we were in town for a convention and needed somewhere close to the convention center. This location was absolutely perfect, we could not have been closer! The area has lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, so once we parked our car we didn’t really need it again until our departure. The home itself was immaculate, with modern and comfortable furnishings. Abby communicated promptly and kindly and made sure we had all the info for a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

great location !

Property is perfectly located with the southern market right across the street. the convention center is also on the corner for sporting events. I will say that parking can be a real problem should you be traveling with young children or older parents. My only negatives would be, 1. there is no bathroom on the first floor. 2. not much seating in the living room. 4 bedrooms but only seating for 3 in the living room. 3. there are no TV's in any of the bedrooms. check in was a breeze and home was perfect in every other way! thanks for having us!
