This apartment was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and Rob made sure our whole stay was fantastic, with suggestions for dining and activities in the National Park. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The accommodations felt like a five star hotel. We can’t wait to visit Rob and Joy and again!

We have been to Hot Springs many times over the past year because our sons play baseball there, so we’ve had the opportunity to stay in many different places. This apartment is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in!The apartment was even better than we anticipated. It was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and was conveniently located close to downtown, making it perfect for our weekend stay. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were always available if we needed anything.The location was private and peaceful, and we especially enjoyed the authentic views from the private balcony. It was such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hot Springs!

The space was clean and just as described. Communication and hospitality were amazing. Centrally located for a range of things ro do from the race track and casino, to downtown shopping, to hiking the trails right behind the residence. We can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean and roomy and in the historical district. Downstairs is a small kitchen and upstairs is a large living space with a king bed and day bed with trundle. It was perfect for my wife and two younger boys. You can walk downtown in about 10-15 minutes or drive down the hill a bit and park off of the main drag without having to pay for parking. Rob and Joy were easy to work with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Hot Springs.

Perfect weekend spot, great location!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do (downtown & Oaklawn). The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the view & porch were great —perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Would definitely book again!

This would have been a 5-star review if the listing would have been more transparent in the fact that this a 2-person (3 max if you don’t mind a daybed in the same room as you) room. Another helpful description would be that the room is lofted in case you have mobility issues. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

Great time in Hot Springs

We loved the property - it was the perfect distance from downtown to be able to walk to restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quiet in the evenings. The space was perfect for the two of us and we hope to go back in the near future.

Great Space and Location

Located in a historic, quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to downtown. The space was way bigger than the photos made it look which was great. Well appointed and comfy bed. Hosts were great. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location Very Comfortable!

We loved our stay in Hot Springs. We have been many times and stayed at Hotels Downtown. I loved this cute studio Apartment. It was super close to town, quiet, and clean. We will stay here again when we travel back to Hot Springs!

Great location

Location was perfect to enjoy Hot Springs, the clean, comfortable and easy access made our stay very nice. The efficiency kitchen could have had more supplies and a hair dryer would have been appreciated.

The property rental was excellent, although we didn’t spend much time at the property due to activities with family that lived nearby, it was wonderful to come home to a peaceful place to rest after our day’s activities, I would recommend this property and the host (quick response time) for future stays in Hot Springs

An adorable place to stay in Hot Springs!

What a perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Hot Springs. Adorable apartment and fantastic hosts. Super clean and well thought out layout! So convenient to downtown and hiking trails. We took advantage of our hosts suggestions for places to eat and so happy we did. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Hot Springs.

Great Location and Great Hosts

The host communicated and gave many dining suggestions. We were able to make it to two of those suggestions and they were great. The property makes it easy to enjoy the town of Hot Springs as well as the trails of the state park. My wife and I are very happy with the choice and had a great time!

Great location, nice house

We liked our house very much. Nice, clean, very well taken care of. good communication with the hosts. The balcony can be very enjoyable if weather permits.Highly recommended for a couple or a small group.

Plenty of room and so close to everything! We were able to quickly get downtown and to walking trails. We even got to see a deer lying in the backyard, which was really cool. We even watched her run up the hill back into the woods. The hosts were very helpful & responsive. We really enjoyed their food recommendations! I would definitely recommend & stay here again if I’m ever in Hot Springs!

Comfortable and close to downtown

Loved it! Cozy accommodations and porch backed right up to the woods. Very peaceful. Enjoyed watching and listening to the birds.
