If you're looking for a beach/city escape look no further. You're not going to want to leave this newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in midtown Wilmington. This location is perfect for anyone visiting and exploring what this beautiful slice of heaven has to offer. You are conveniently located just a short drive from Wrightsville Beach and Historic Downtown Wilmington as well as ILM Airport and only 1 mile to UNCW! Plenty of local coffee shops, dining, and breweries to explore to! We have a Welcome Book in the condo that has details on the area, things to do, places to see etc. as well as check out instructions. This condo will comfortably sleep 4 guests. There is one king bed, one pull out couch/futon, and one queen size air mattress.

The Beach/City Escape condo was the perfect place for my family of 3 to stay for the week. It is decorated beautifully and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us to explore downtown Wilmington, the Fort Fisher Aquarium, The Children’s Museum, the Battleship and the nearby beaches. Julie is was wonderful host and we would love to make a return trip some day!

Cute and clean!

My teenaged daughter and I stayed here for a quick weekend to visit some family in Wilmington. The property was clean and cozy, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The property was perfectly located for us - less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, close to plenty of shopping and dining. Great stay!

Nice setting, fine decor.

Well located, up to date interiors, furniture and utensils. The only part that I didn't like is how the property is being describe in Vrbo "3 bedroom condo" and it is not. It is a 1 bedroom condo that will accommodate up to 6 people. The wording in the description misleads to think for 3 different private rooms. Thanks

Perfect stay

This place had everything we needed. It was a perfect location. It didn’t take long to get to the beach or the Riverwalk. We will be back.
