Loved the unit, especially the old wide plank floors! Location was spot on to walk to shops, bars, the water front and to the wedding venue we were in town for. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. I would say the only negative would be if someone had trouble with stairs and the parking is just across the road.Nice and convenient to the downtown area.

Loved the spot! The only thing that kept a few of these from 5 Stars was the stairs! Oof! Rough on my old knees. But, cool spot, close to everything and great eats right downstairs. Host was great!

She’ll island suite is the perfect spot downtown. Less than a 5 min walk from a ton of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a quick trip to Wilmington. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the area as well. Joel was super responsive and communicative, which I appreciated! Don’t hesitate to book!
