I have a studio apt a block and a half from the Cape Fear River and located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants that Wilmington has to offer! Walk to the new Riverfront Amphitheater!!Fully stocked kitchen w brand new appliances. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Secure building with laundry and a reserved parking spot is included. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short ride away! Walk out your front door and everything is at your disposal!!

Great location, literally walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the downtown.Food/restaurants abound nearby.Host was easy to communicate with.We had a good stay.

Short stay in Wilmington

Band had a gig in Wilmington so I just needed a one night stay close to the venue. Place was clean and accurately listed. Would stay again.

Great place in the Historic district. So convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's not a big place, but perfect for my wife and me. Very convenient to the Riverwalk. Nice to have easy parking too. The host was great with communication about access, parking and everything.

Great, clean, updated full kitchen studio apartment in downtown Wilmington. Great for couples or small family. Location was awesome. You are in the heart of everything. Restaurants, shops, festivals right outside your door. Host Jack very quick to respond, insightful and helpful to your needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Soo Cozy!!!

This little place is all you need if you are looking to go to bed and wake up in the city! We loved how we could just pop in and out during our short trip. The farmers market was right outside our door and we could support small businesses around each corner. We talked about how comfortable the bed was on the ride home. Can’t wait to stay again.

The perfect location and clean!!

Spending just a short weekend in Wilmington we found this perfect spot to stay! The property owner Jack was beyond helpful and communicative. The studio itself was clean and maintained. Location, location, location easy walk to everything needed, the sights to see along with a great farmers market on Saturday mornings steps from the front door. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic location and stay

The place is as good as the reviews say! Clean, welcoming set up by the host with many thoughtful small touches that others neglect. The best location in the city. But don't be afraid of noise; it's surprisingly quiet. The size was not an issue for us. Much better than any hotel, and with better usage of space and better appointments. And, as many others have said, having reserved parking in downtown Wilmington is worth its weight in gold. Finally, Jack may be the best host we've ever worked with and we've taken a ton of trips. Thank you!

Quaint downtown convenience

It was a nice stay, very convenient to downtown and just what we needed for a quick weekend trip. There were a couple cleanliness issues, molded coffee pot filter left in the pot rendering it not usable and shower caddy was rusty but the host was pleasant and very responsive.

In the middle of literally, everything.

If you want easy access to downtown Wilmington, this is the spot. Steps away from everything. There’s a great coffee shop 250 feet out the door… Place was clean and easy to find.

Wilmington

The place was great. Clean and tidy. Not recommended if you need wheelchair or handicap access but the location was fabulous. Couldn’t have asked it to be closer to the wedding venue and old town. Very walkable. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Convenient & Reasonable spot to stay briefly.

Fine, communicative owner. Adequately stocked and maintained. Very comfortable. A bit noisy on a Friday & Saturday night as it's in the heart of a downtown with busy and young nightlife locals and visitors. Just bring your ear plugs. 😊

Enjoyable

I really love the location, downtown Wilmington is a great place to be day and night! The flat is secure and comes with parking, a must for downtown. Walking distance to most places. Found one insect, but otherwise clean.

Great location

We were in town for a concert at Live Oak. The location of this studio apt is perfect. We were able to walk to the concert and it was an enjoyable walk along the riverfront. Jack was extremely accomodating and was communicative. The apt was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. We were able to cook meals -appliances were all full size. This was a great size for a couple in a great location! We will definitely look to book this again!

Great stay!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Incredible location and secure entry. Parking provided as well. Quiet spot even with being in downtown. We had a great stay and the host was very communicative. Will be saving this place for future trips to Wilmington!

Everything you need in a great location

Location is perfect - walking distance to all of downtown Wilmington but on a nice, quiet street. Seamless check in and out, and convenient parking. Full kitchen and everything else you could need in a cozy space.

I have friends in Wilmington and love the city so when the units became available it was a no brainer. We bought this property as a rental unit to give people the opportunity to be able to enjoy Wilmington and have the option of a full kitchen which hotels do not have as well as parking that is included.

The beauty of our unit is that you can park the car and not have to worry about getting behind the wheel of a car. You walk outside and everything is at your doorstep!
