Our villa is located in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated community located mid-island on one of the widest and most beautiful beaches on the Island.

The resort has many amenities to accommodate almost all guests' wants and needs such as: an indoor boardwalk with a bar and restaurant, and a convenient store. Bike and roller blade rentals are available on site to use on the many paved bike trails around the island. The resort has many lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, a tennis pro-shop, fitness facility, playground for the children, basketball courts, shuffle board and charcoal grills at the picnic areas for all guests use. Equipment for activities can be reserved at the Tennis Pro Shop located at the end of the tennis courts,

This condo is just 100 yards from the children's pool and the largest pool on the island which overlooks the beach and ocean. Poolside you will find many arts and craft events that can be scheduled for the children, a restaurant, a tiki bar, live music, snow-cone shack, and shuffleboard all available in season. There is also movie night once a week poolside. The beach has umbrella and chair rentals available. There is also sand volleyball on the beach which equipment can be obtained at the resorts' tennis pro shop.

The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a balcony. This villa comes fully furnished including dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, blender toaster, 3 flat screen TVs, sheets, towels, etc... All for your convenience and comfort!

Great place in a GREAT place!

This unit is a real beauty, well-kept with new flooring and furniture, nice and clean (great place) ... and it's on Hilton Head Island, a GREAT place!

Third floor corner condo

This third floor corner condo is a tough hike for those with mobility concerns since there is not an elevator like it shows in the property description. The condo was clean and well maintained. There was a wasp nest on the balcony that we had to spray. The beds were not particularly comfortable and squeaked loudly when moving on them and we did not have enough pillow cases for the beds. The shared bathroom had brown water in tub when running bath but eventually cleared up. The master bath was very nicely remodeled. The kitchen and living space was adequate for 6. The dishes and supplies were clean and useful, although a cookie sheet pan would have been a plus. The resort is well groomed and maintained, except for red ant infestations at playground. The walk to the beach took over 3 minutes but was nice to have a long boardwalk to the sand. The beach was clean. Unfortunately, the staff renting chairs/umbrellas were very rude. The restaurants were nice and easy to get into. The town was very well maintained. I highly recommend going to Sea Pines ($9 fee) for shopping and dining. Caligny also had nice shops. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great place

We LOVE staying here! Its close to gym, laundry, bike rental, tennis courts! Slight walk to beach but manageable! The place is cozy and always clean! The owners are reachable even though I have not had to communicate with them while staying! We will be back again!!

It was okay . Condo is outdated . A long walk to the beach . 3 flights of stairs . Uncomfortable furniture to sit on as well as uncomfortable beds.

Great family friendly place!!

We loved staying here!!! It was clean, fully furnished. So close to the beach! Everyday during our stay the resort had fun things to do for all ages. We definitely will book again.

Beach and Tennis Resort E24

A very nice unit on a very nice property. We have stayed in this unit 3 years running (18 years on the property), and the upgrades each year have been great. The room is inviting and well-kept. We have loved staying here and look forward to staying in this same room for years to come!

Great property in a good location

We had a great one-week stay in Hilton Head at this property. It's close to the beach and the tennis/pickleball courts. The condo was well maintained. The host was very responsive to our communications. I have an annual conference in Hilton Head every July, so I am hoping we can book this property again next year!

Nice family get away

Our family had a great time staying in villa E. Sue and Richard were great to communicate with and helped answer any questions we had. It was a great place to come back to after a day on the beach! We would stay here again!

Great place to stay.

The condo was everything we expected, clean, accessible to the beach, and had all the amenities listed. We would recommend it and probably stay again. Communication with the owners was easy and they answered all our questions.

Overall, good stay

Overall, we had a good stay here. There were a few bumps in the road initially, as the cleaning crews were running behind, but the condo was nice and spacious. We were able to have some family staying in other B&T units over for dinner one night and the space accommodated us very well. When we encountered an issue with the A/C (just general summertime maintenance), Sue was very quick to respond and get a tech out so we didn't overheat in the middle of July. Nice and close to the beach and an easy walk to the giant, oceanfront pool!

First time to Hilton Head

My husband, three kids (5 yr old, 4 yr old, 21 months), and I rented this for our first trip to Hilton Head. Property was as described, clean, and spacious enough for the five of us. The owners responded to my questions very quickly. Not only was the condo great, the resort had lots to do for families. Overall a great family vacation and we will be back!

great place to stay

Highly recommend staying at this condo in Hilton Head beach and tennis. Unit was clean and met all expectations. Price point was great. Very convenient, next to tennis courts and close to beach.

Great Condo

This condo was one of the larger ones we've stayed at on HHI. Had everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. Richard (owner) was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Good property.

No washer/dryer in the unit so had to go to a laundermat. 3rd floor with no stairs was difficult. Unit was outdated but comfortable

The furniture

The living room furniture was very dirty and we were not comfortable using it. The bedding was old and dirty with stains. Upon entering the condo there was a strong musty smell that was present throughout our entire stay. The mattresses were old and sagging which caused very uncomfortable sleep.

Home Away

We always stay at HHIB&T, and my parents joined us this year. The room was cleaned very well and smelled clean. When we got there the housekeeper was just finishing up and was really polite. Richard was great and quick at answering any questions we had during our stay. The only downfall I have is that I either overlooked it or was not listed that the room is up 2 flights of stairs. It was a little hard on my parents but they made it. We would definitely rent from Richard again!

Perfect for a short beach trip.

The condo is comfortable and serves as a great home base. It is near to grocery stores and shopping etc. The amenities at the Beach and Tennis Club are second to none; from the bike rentals to the beach bar to the activities thst are scheduled every day. There is something for everyone. The condo itself is exactly as it is pictured and it is stocked with anything you could want for the beach. There’s a nice updated bathroom in the master bedroom. Our only complaints would be that it needs a bit of updating. Extra pillows were stained. The blinds on the sliding glass door at broken and the beds need updating. They are quite squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall, we were satisfied.
