Blue Spruce B offers a cozy getaway in this suite-style attached cabin with a full bath, queen bed, and full futon. Unwind in front of a wood-burning fireplace just one mile outside Rocky Mountain National Park or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Amenities include a kitchenette and propane BBQ grill, vaulted ceilings, satellite TV, and covered porch. Enjoy free DVD movie rentals throughout the year with complimentary snowshoe rentals available during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four.

Great location if you’re doing RMNP. Bathroom was very nice. Liked the fact that sink was separate from shower. One issue:pocket door was broken (maintenance fixed the next day). Hot water, good pressure, thick towels. Amenities were good, especially the coffee and tea. Refrigerator is really small, and if you want ice you’ll need to bring it with you. Picnic table on the front porch was nice. Bed and pillows were soft but comfortable. No AC, which is probably usually no problem, but it was unseasonably hot when we were there in early Aug. We made it work with open windows and a fan. A screen door on the front door would have helped with a cross-breeze. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

Trip to the rockies

Cottage was a good size, clean, and comfy. Very close the RMNP in which we were exploring. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, great location.

Great little place that we just big enough for my Wife and I. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin but it was comfortable and was perfect for what we needed it for. Would recommend.

3 days in Estes

Other than the cabin brig extremely hot with only the windows for cooling in the summertime heat, we enjoyed the stay. It was small, but just fine for the two of us. Great location-1 mile from the entrance to RMNP & 1.5 miles from the Estes downtown shopping.

Cozy cabin

This is a comfortable place, quiet neighbors and was a nice place to stay. We had trouble with the bathroom pocket door but otherwise very good experience.

Best place in Colorado.

We,ve stayed here 3 times out of our 6 trips to Colorado. Easy check in. Staff are friendly, and work hard for the owner. Great group of workers. The cabin,s are surrounded by beauty, mountains, nature and peacefull as beautiful. The cabins are cute as anything, fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.each cabin has a deck.there,s gas stations, grocery store right there, so convenient. We give them a 5 star rating, because they deserve it.

Great Cabin

Our cabins was so nice, very clean, stacked with all the kitchen, bathroom necessities we needed. The rooms were all so clean and having that wonderful hot tub right on our deck was wonderful. It was so clean and temperature was perfect. All the coded to enter the cabin and hot tub worked, not problems there. The location was great, restaurants, store, gas, all within walking distance if needed and a few short minute ride into Estes Park main street and also to the National Forest. Most pleased, planning another stay already there for Fall or next year. Loved it!

Fall break stay

Upon arrival, the location to check in was not manned and everything was locked up. We couldn’t look for movies to watch or buy a bag of ice, both of which were recommended to us. We buy a bag of ice elsewhere, and the refrigerator in our unit is a “cube” fridge. There is no freezer. Why recommend ice?! Had to go buy a styrofoam cooler for the ice. At 5am, the smoke detector battery died and started beeping incessantly. Had to call twice to get someone out to fix it. The cabin was very musty and dusty. The toilet was about to fall over every time you sat on it. Wasn’t a pleasant stay.

In the Welcome email you reviewed prior to arrival, we provide information on our reception center, including the address and hours of operation. We also list amenities offered to our guests. The description of the unit you book and your individual needs help determine what amenities you may want to utilize. We have staff on call twenty-four hours a day, and were able to dispatch maintenance staff within a few minutes of your call. We apologize that the alarm went off due to a battery issue. We will have maintenance staff evaluate the toilet. If you feel you would like to discuss your stay further, please contact us. We value all of our guests’ input. Laura
