Enjoy your stay at our duplex in our large loft cabin - close to Brantingham Lake. Boat ramp is 1/3 mile from the house. The loft is beautifully decorated; includes two bedrooms, 1 full bath and elevated deck complete with outdoor furniture. Light a fire and relax at the fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, walking or biking around the lake. Go tubing at Eatonville Falls, horseback riding, or ATVing during the warmer months. The winter is filled with endless recreational possibilities. Take advantage of the heavy snow falls to go skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing or snow tubing. Full winter season rental available with access to garage. There is sufficient parking for trailers. Note, loft cabin is accessed via stairs to outdoor deck. Deck is outfitted with furniture.

Cozy Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for a small family. Very warm and inviting. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

House was conveniently located close to general store and restaurants/bars. Inside was very nice, clean and welcoming. Peaceful setting amongst the trees. I would recommend this property highly.

Mini Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying here to ride our side by sides. This place has all the amenities of home. It’s very clean, comfortable and close to the store, restaurants and riding trails. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment and will definitely be staying again!

Great stay

Our stay in Brantingham was awesome and a big part of that was our stay at Peter’s rental. We went for a snowmobiling trip and it’s super close to the trails. Great restaurants very close. The loft was clean, updated and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back for another weekend.

Short weekend to visit family

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. The apartment is very spacious and the decor is perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for making meals and relaxing in between visiting family. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Excellent!!

Property was extremely clean, top quality appliances, very well maintained, pretty much everything needed supplied to stay, great location. We came up to ride atvs on the trail system with our two children and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Peter was very helpful with any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back in the very near future.

Peaceful stay

We stayed with my husband and three teenagers. The boys loved being right on the trails and driving right from the camp. Everything we needed for our stay was included, we only had to bring clothes and food. Everything was very clean and cozy. Peter was extremely accommodating and attentive to all our needs.

Perfect for what we needed

We have been coming to Brantigham for the many of the last 20 summers for a large family gathering. We wanted a place to have as a base even though we’d be spending most of our time at the lake. This place worked out perfectly. It was clean, well stocked, located close to restaurants and an easy ride to where the rest of our family stayed. We would definitely stay here again were it available for future trips. Thank you!!

This property was just remodeled and is absolutely stunning in every room. But that is just the beginning. Peter and his wife were so helpful with their knowledge of activities to do and the area in general. Along with their over the top attention to detail (which I am sure to not fully capture in its entirety). You do not need to bring anything besides your food and drink to cook an amazing meal and truly feeling like you are at home. While still feeling like you are on vacation with a modern rustic decor, amazing plush towels, comfortable beds, and overall coziness.

Cabin comfort like no other

If you want the look of a cabin and the feel of a home, do not look any further. This is the first time booking a cabin and although the 5+ hour from seemed daunting at first, it was a well worth it! The unit is located on the second floor of the cabin with a separate driveway from the attached main house. The inside is cozy and compliments the natural beauty of the lush wilderness that surrounds it. It is equipped with all basic necessities, single use toiletries in bathroom, and lots of warm blankets and quilts for colder months. There's game boards for the family and a few books. Since my partner and I were new to the area and wanted to explore, I reached out to Peter who was responsive and shared links to nearby areas that accommodated our request. We did not know how extensive the ATV trails were until we got there and boy this area is FULL of them. For this trip we went with Timberview Adventures for an ATV rental since we do not own one. If you intend to explore the car accessible areas in the backwoods, definitely would recommend an off road vehicle. The cabin is located near a couple of lakes, plenty of campsites and a handful of restaurants. We only tried out Coach light Inn which was a literal 2 min drive from the cabin and became our food source for the weekend. Although it seems there is a lively ambiance at night -- with night time trail riding, the cabin remained quiet and provided a comfort like no other. We hope to be back again soon!

Cozy and Well-Equipped Unit with Inaccurate Description

The Vrbo property we recently rented was impeccably clean and well-stocked. It had everything we could possibly need, including laundry detergent, toothbrushes, and extra blankets. However, the description of the property was misleading. Incorrect Address: The listing stated that the property was a house, but in reality, it was a unit on the second floor of a house. This was a major inconvenience for our elderly parents, who had difficulty climbing stairs. We were not made aware of this until after we had booked the property. Amenities: Despite the inaccurate description, the unit itself was very comfortable. It was spacious, well-lit, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Communication: The property manager was responsive and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and were quick to address any questions we had. Overall: While the property was clean, well-equipped, and had excellent amenities, the inaccurate description was a major disappointment. We recommend that potential renters carefully read the listing and ask clarifying questions before booking to avoid any surprises.
